Is there such a huge complication with letting a couple of the first squad who are at the bottom of the pecking order go? Replace them with a couple from the development / youth squad (Elliot Lee/ Blair Turgott/ Seb Letgett/ Dan Potts/ George Moncur maybe) - this will free serious wages up to go in for a nice bid for someone like Rhodes. Otherwise I'm hearing Berbatov? I would love for him to come to west ham over the likes of people like Adebayor but still not going to be a long term fix for us
Nah, that makes to much financial sense and would reduce the average age of our team from 46 to about 23. Sam likes his old players with Zimmer frame around him. First of all DEMEL got to go. To much of a liability. Then we got to lose Nolan, Taylor, O'brien, Petric, C. COle and McCartney. Give Hoddle the job and let him go get Rhodes (£10m), Samba (Free, willing to take a hefty pay cut to return to England), Solly (£5m) and a couple more on loan deals to inject some pace and power on our side

Never mind Jordan Rhodes we need a flippin miracle with Allardyce in charge.
As much as people want Allardyce gone as of now I think they are waiting until after the Sunderland game, it's going to be a Jol moment all over again.
I can see Sunderland turning up and turning us over or getting a draw and then Allardyce getting his marching orders, but personally I think they need to get rid of him now and place a new guy in charge to get a confidence building win to take us through to a shaky Man U which is now looking like a team that can be turned over, am sure however with Allardyce still in charge we will get a good hiding and kick start united's season.
Who next? Well the worst they could do is get Pel who actually has a terrible managerial record, check him out. Basically he has one good season then one really bad which tells me he is another one trick pony like Allardyce bereft of ideas when the s*** hits the fan (and I'm afraid that's the main problem apart from him being narrow minded and never taking responsibility himself).
Personally I don't think we could do any worse then Dutch coach Fred Rutten and as far as I know he is look for a job and at every team he has managed has has had a good win ratio but I don't think the two clowns running our club would be smart enough to get someone in like him.
If they go for Pel we will be down within two seasons if we go for Rutten we will be a middle of the table Premier league side, I know what I'd prefer. Sam out now
Totally agree with you he should have been gone after the palace game.
What about Slavan Bilik is no good?
HODDLE is the man to get us playing football. He would have a good clear out and get players who can play the way he likes football to be played and maybe, just maybe we might survive this season
