D4' I posted long time back that by the end of the first season in the new stadium, the playing squad will be unrecognisable, compared to 2014! I stand by that statement All the old non performing faces will be gone one way or another, to be replaced with quality, you cannot turn over the whole gang in one or two goes, but wh are having agood shot at it, this and the last window were about adding to the squad, the next ones will be about replacing any of the consistent non performers, or those always on the sick list like Carroll, just wait and see, wh cannot continue in the ways of time gone past , dgs are aiming for the top eight, in the next two season,s we cannot do that with players like Jarvis, and maiga regards IRON MIKE

I would split the midfielders into defensive (holding) and attacking.
Bilic plays 3 behind the striker. Don't necessarily need to be wingers, can be 3 attacking kids.
