The board are spineless. Any other club and he would be history already as every dedicated west ham fan out there knows. And now he's lost his captain fantastic it will save his bacon cause as we all know, Nolan shouldn't even be in the same dressing room as the likes of Noble. He's lazy, sloppy with his passing and ball retention, clumsy, very wreckless and most of lost that scoring touch and lost what pace he had and that's a bad combination for a captain to have in a fast paced league like the premiership. SOmething has to be done or else we can start planning for life back down in the championship next year
