Ravel Morrison making England squad? Possible move back to Manchester? United

West Ham this season haven't played too bad, we have just seriously lacked that cutting edge. We've not been able to find the back of the net, or see out games properly. Is that Allardyce' mistake or the Boards for their lack of spending on forwards in the Summer. We all know Carroll is injury prone when we signed him and yet we didn't sign a worth replacement should he get injured. Allardyce playing with a 4-6-0 formation is ridiculous I admit, but it worked against Tottenham. We played brilliantly against Fulham, and against Palace we just couldn't find the back of the net. I don't understand why, when we were 1-0 down at Palace we took off a striker and continued with only the 1 up front. Why not play 2 up front and really go for it? I also don't understand why when Mohammed Diame got man of the match in the previous 2 games playing central midfield, he is then moved out wide against Palace? Something is amiss.

That being said, I still think we should give Allardyce the next 2 games before we let him go. We play Liverpool tomorrow and then Sunderland at home. If we can get 3 or 4 points from those 2 games, then I'll be happy. If we don't then let Sam go, and bring someone else on board with real passion. Someone that will bring out the best in Morrison.

In my eyes there is only 1 man for the job, however, he is currently employed in Turkey, managing Besiktas. His current contract has just over three years remaining and is worth £4.8 million a year to him. Whether he is a viable candidate at this moment in time, only time will tell. That man is Slaven Bilic.

Bringing in Bilic as Manager would make a statement to the teams around us and to the Hammers fans. He is a proven manager, having a better than 50% win ratio at all the teams he has managed with the exception of 1.

He is an excellent tactician, a defensive genius and has previously expressed an interest in the role. He made Modric into a superstar with the Croatian national team, and I don't see any reason why he couldn't turn Morrison in to the next Luka Modric.

Give him some money to spend in January and let him trim the fat in the squad by selling the likes of Henderson, McCartney, Collison, Diarra, Nolan, Taylor, Vaz Te and Maiga. Selling all of those players for a combined total of £20 million isn't unreasonable. Then let him sign the players he wants, give him a free reign on transfers because I trust him.

I'd also like to see the Board retract their previous statement when Sullivan publicly said that West Ham would NEVER employ Fascist Paulo Di Canio. Having Paulo as Bilic' number 2 would be great, but I don't see it happening.

After all the recent performances and disappointing results, it would come as a surprise to see BS put the right squad out on Saturday. For me it has to be Demel, Collins, Tomkins, OBrien across the back. Having Ravel miss this one makes it extremely easy to pick the midfield of Jarvis, Diame, Collison, Noble, Downing with Carlton up front. Surely Jarvis and Downing can stick a load of balls in for Carlton to hopefully get a decent nod on one of them?

Subs would show a nice variety of Rat/McCartney, Nolan/Joe Cole and then Maiga for up front if Carlton becomes knackered. But the starting line up MUST show the Jarvis/Downing/Cole combo or drop Collison to the bench and play Cole and Maiga together. Why not stick the two donkeys up front, they might work well together! Hull did it and breezed past a very strong Liverpool side!

David Gold and David Sullivan will not employ Paulo Di Canio, even if they sack Sam Allardyce.

Paulo Di Canio is a self proclaimed "Fascist". When he was manager of Sunderland and his political views came to light, everybody from the Papers to David Sullivan himself had something to say about it.

Sullivan publicly said that West Ham would NEVER employ Fascist Paulo Di Canio. Search for it on Google, and you'll find that I am right
