looking forward to seeing you get absolutely hammered on sunday spurs will win 5. 0

At least we won't blame it on the pizza we had the night before LOL

This could be Spurs v Wigan all over again. Was that 9-0?

I agrre with a lot you have said but let's look at the 3 games we have lost Stoke, Everton and Hull - all to goals from either free kicks or a penalty (Evertons 3rd being the exception) maybe a bit more practice at perfoming in a wall would be an idea. We are only a few games in and it's a long season. I don't like the way BFS plays his football but to be honest remember John Lyall took us down before the boys of 86 appeared. We don't have any decent strikers and it's obviousthat Maiga is not up to spearheading the team. Petric looks better but obviously not match fit and sadly Nolan has lost his pace Although he is the Captain it's time Sam rested him occasionally. Diame on the wing is not half the player he is in the centre and with Cole and Downing missing i'm not that suprised we haven't played that well. Thank god for Collins, Reid and Thompkins who have been pretty good again this season. I don't understand either why BFS hasn't palyed Potts whilst Demel is injured doesn't give the youngsters much encouragement does it. Still I look forward to playing the O's in the Championship next season (pessimistic as always) anyone know what theodds are on that happening! (LOL)

I think it's time for BFS to do one but whoever we get in is going to have an impossible job to do, we should aspire to play the football that we were known for in the past and let's face it Sam's style doesn't belong at our club and never did. So many of us posted that we were going to end up on a relegation fight this season so why can't the board and BFS see it? Are they dilluded about how the season was going to go or is it poor management? I know Carroll injured but is he going to score 20+ in a season I'm not sure, I hope we stay up but this has to be a wake up call to G/S we need to play real football not long ball with a big target man that might of worked for BFS in the past but its not good enough for our club. Last season we did so well but we didn't get in the players to progress in the summer and we're paying the price for it now. let's hope we stay up and the board move on from Sam because he's run his course and it's time to move on. Chris COYI

I have to agree with CHRIS I'm afraid and I've been a long time Allardyce advocate. This however is the second season in the premier league and teams have figured us out this season. They know what football we're going to play and prepare accordingly. I'm so diappointed because every single West Ham fan out there knew that our summer priority was a STRIKER. They messed about trying to get loan players in to be the cheap option and then they bought DOWNING? Are you for real? We could have got Rhodes for the right price (never mind he is untested) he scores goals no matter what you think and off loaded some dead beats in Taylor, Collison, Maiga, McCartney, O'brien and also used Potts, Spence etc. Its a sham

Something has to be done because this second season we should be beating Hull and their likes comfortably. Sam has no plan B to turn to and we are woeful away. Time for him to go and give another manager a try and get a fit, decent striker in when the January window comes

Name a willing out of work manager that would take over, not Di Canio he was a fantastic player and don't get me wrong I loved him playing for us but he ain't management material. Can't think of anyone available or would want to do this job

On Saturday at Hull we played for a draw. The team was set up to keep what we had at the start of the match and, yet again, the tactic seemed to be to keep a clean sheet and hope that we could pinch a goal. Fair enough at Newcastle and Southampton perhaps, but against Hull City? Dear God, they had Faye at centre back! He was old and slow in the Championship two years ago when he played for us but he was able to keep pace with Nolan and Maiga yesterday, despite having only just returned from injury. That is truly terrifying!

So, why are we struggling and why will we continue to struggle I Hear you ask? Because of the personnel that Allardyce has recruited and the tactics he is employing. It's not Kevin Friend's fault. It's not the players' fault because they can only do what they can do, it's Allardyce's fault, and he needs to find a Plan B, fast, or we are going down.

Nolan looks old, slow and contributes very little to the team. Maiga I'm afraid to say is out of his depth in this league. Sam Allardyce now has to show what he's made of otherwise he will be on his bike by Nov and good riddance to. Hopefully Carroll and Downing will follow so no more hoof ball

Time for allardyce to make way I'm afraid because his tactics simply arn't good enough. I juts hope the board can see this as well as we don before its too late. There are some promising managers around and personally I;d love to see Zola back but Poyet would be a good shout. Firstly, we have got to get rid of SAM

I agree with the first post, terrible tactics to go into games looking for draws, especially against Hull!

However I hope that Carroll and Downing do not follow Big Sam if he does leave / get the boot. They are two very good, English bred players with years upon years left in their careers. Its time to start gelling a nice solid West Ham squad, bringing in a couple of the development boys to get some run outs too.

Jussi has been outstanding for us so far this season, the back four have done their jobs well as well.

What I cannot understand is that the whole nation of West Ham fans, possibly most of the West Ham staff included are arguing for a change of plan, the main points being:

- Get Maiga out of the starting lineup, he has had more than enough chances to even TRY to look like he wants to score a goal
- Change the formation to a 442 or 352 wingback option, playing Vaz Te and Petric with Morrison just behind them
- Give Nolan a kick up the backside by sticking him on the bench for a few games because he is lacking pace, passion and motivation
- Go out with a WINNING attitude, not a 'lets sit back and defend for 90 mins to nick a point each week until AC is back. let's have it right, AC is a big part of West Ham but he is only going to score once or twice a month realistically, we need to be going out there all guns blazing to set opponents on the back foot from the first whistle
- Oh and Noble needs to calm down a little bit when pouncing on people within Free Kick territory

Agree with all above BFS and his anti football tactics have to go he is distroying our club, and take his Bolton buddies with him.

Yep, Sam's tenure as West ham manager has run its course. Reading some of the comments its clear that we need a change at the helm. Why are we not attacking clubs like Hull, Palace, Stoke, Fulham etc etc etc. As we did at Villa last year, we were terrible. Villa were there for the taking and we went there not to concede. except, WE DID and then couldn;t get back in the game. 3-5-2 formation looks good for us with Jarvis and Downing out wide. Morrison in behind two front men in Petric (who looks half decent if only given a start) and Anyone else but cole

Time for allardyce, taylor, o'brien etc need to go

Looking bleak for the hammers I'm afraid to say. going to be a very long hard season for the hammers and that tight defence of last season is leaking goals this season. The worst thing you hammers did was to buy Carroll who you knew wasn;t fit. ridiculous
