I agree, we really showed character after going 2-0 down, previous years we would have capitulated and lost by 4 or 5. Instead we went for them and were the far better side. How the linesman could give offside when he was behind play is anyones guess.
On another day we could have beaten them or a least taken a point.
Linesman decision was shocking. Hpw is Noln supposed to see the ball unless he pokes his head out to see where it is
THere has got to be some clarificationover the offside rule

Annoyed, that's the only word for yesterdays performance. We let 3 points slip to Man U. I've said it before and I WILL say it again, but what on earth was Cresswell doing for the first goal and Song with the second.
Cresswell is at times a liability. He forgets his defensive duties as he did with the united first goal.
Its also painfully obvious that we need centre backs of some quality. We have a bit of class all through the team but I fell that's where we are weak and not keeping clean sheets means we have to score more than once a game

good team performance deserved at least a draw
a back 4 of jenkinson, Tomkins, reid and cresswell is good
our front 6 now have real quality and are going to provide us with some attacking football and goals which is what we all want
