Leicester proved last season that YOU HAVE TO HAVE CONSISTENCY so that players get used to each other and the Italians have that now. Unless there are injuries or its a dead match CONTE doesn't make changes. We made 6 changes after the first GAME for gods sake.

The next manager HAS to keep playing the same 11 together.

After beating the Germans 3-2 why didn't he stick with that same 11 because they would have been so confident.

OK, in hindsight its easy for us to say, where was Carroll, Noble etc but I suppose we have to understand that Woy didn't even know his first 11 which was quite clear.

Wayne Wooney was shambolic and I can quite happily put hand on heart and say that I know Noble would have done a better job. As with all managers, we had a good 11 when we beat the germans 3-2 so why change it. Leave those 11 together! I don't understand why the team gets unsettled to bring back well known stars like Wooney

If they had taken AC at least he would have given them another option. Disgraceful.

As much as I hate to say it, we need a manager who sets his England team out NOT TO LOSE. Sound familiar.

england couldn't break down Russia who Wales thrashed 3-0 Slovakia who Germany pounded 4-0 why would anyone think iceland were going to be easy?

fact is England have no creativity, not one player that an do a title trick or a moment of magic to open a team up, that and we have 11 layers on the pitch that have no idea what the game plan is if there is one

we will probably try to sign hart now lol.

Agreed Robbo, I was saying from game 1 they lacked any player that could play a pass accurately into the box or a through ball or beat a man and create something. It was sad that some of the press talked about possession but possession in front of the holding midfielders is irrelevant, they rarely troubled goalkeepers at all. I'm supporting Payet and Collins.
