I know it's bad having Carroll out but BFS will have to use Valencia and Zarate in attack and hopefully we'll score more goals and not be playing hoof balls over the top constantly.
Feel bad for Carroll but I'm excited at the prospect of seeing the new attackers playing from the start of season.
Still need a couple more signings so let's see what happens.

It seems that the board (probably Sully) are at Loggerheads with Big Sam over Ravel Morrison. The board want to keep him but Sam wants rid and I think the cracks are starting to appear already.
Add this to the ongoing Carroll issue and our formations/performances and trouble is a brewing already.
Personally, I reckon we've done some great business this summer and I for one thought things were starting to look bright, after all, its only pre-season

So, Andy Carroll is out for ANOTHER 4 months. Questions have to be asked how he ever passed the medical in the first place.
Who is now going to come in with the knowledge they are a replacement and as soon AC is fit he will be back on the bench?
Traore is one of the targets we have in mind, however, Everton have already started discussions with a view to him returning to them.
Looking around rumours there is a lot of clammer AGAIN for Jordan Rhodes who would be a good shout. Him Valencia and Zarate as a front 3 would be fomidable with pace power and heading ability.

Rhodes just signed a new contract, Zarate up top and Morrison in behind! Rhodes would be a risk before you tell me his goal record in the championship Carlton Cole was prolific in that leauge as was vaz te doesn't mean it transfers in the prem!!
