Anyone who seen Alou Diarra live during our pre-season friendlies. How's he going? Look any good? Could he possibly push for a starting spot?

Newcastle are going all outfor Remy and Bent is their contingency if it falls through. We need to sort some more options or we're going to be left looking at player's who aren't good enough to wear the shirt. I hope G/S have got some good targets lined up if Remy, Kalou fall through with Hooper already at Norwich and WBA trying to get Sinclair in on loan. Hopefully there's going to be some good new for us soon. Chris COYI

There's got to be other target's for us, I'd like to think if we miss out on kalou and Remy we can still make some good signings before the start of the season. I've heard that WBA are trying to sign Sinclair on loan which is another target missed, G/S should look at our who's going to be scoring the goals next season rathe than relying on Carroll and Nolan.

West Ham have lost out to Norwich for Gary Hooper. The owners better have something up their sleeves to better a striker of Hoopers quality. Need to make sure we don't loose Kalou to West Brom and Remy to Newcastle.

Agreed, when this summer started and we got Carrol I thought the owners meant business now it seems to be same old smoke and mirrors and we end up with crouch and bent!

Just out of interest how do you boys see Ravels future this season? do you think he'll be playing first team games or sent out on loan again to Birmingham? I know they were interested in taking him back. United fan in peace.

3 in pre season puts him in a good place. I reckon he's right on the brink of playing. He'll certainly be in the squad on match days.
Morrison is a talent that's for sure. if sam can keep his wild side under control?. along with Diame. Diarra. Noble and Nolan. bringing back Parker would be a luxury. in midfield I expect Morrison to get plenty of game time this season. but probably from the bench. for next season anyway unless there is injuries or suspensions which are inevietable. Kalou now looks favourite to join WBA which is a pity as the buying price. (though not wages) is cheap. No update about Remy has been heard. Norwich have equalled QPR bid for Hooper. so that's not a done deal. also Newcastle odds on Remy have shortened to Evens. West Ham United still 4-1. we need firepower come on sam not long to go!
