All we hear is rumour after rumour, and bid accepted, then failed to agree terms, player moves to reading ,saints, or qpr. we are loosing out on the best available talent on offer, loosing out on free transfers, and loosing any chance of retaining our premiership status. the board needs to back bfs now! or i fear we will not get the players that are of a required standard. if we continue to miss out on all the free transfers, we will be left with no choice but to dip in to our pockets to buy players, and being as we cant afford to do that , bar a few million, we will not sign any one else other than possible loan signings.
i fear the board are trying to be too tight with there financial restrictions they have imposed on bfs. although some players want over the odds in wages, our inabillity to go a few quid further, will undoubtedly place us in a perilous position , and while we agonise over it , we are told to be happy, and back the team, well the whole reason for this post , is because i back the team , there in my blood, which is why i worry so much for our future
I agree 100% with what your saying all the transfers bfs wants are all being snapped up cos sold wont go that extra mile .... Clyne joselu Elia to name but a few I think they should step it up for Douglas and botia we also need a right back and a left winger to have any chance of having a go in the prem
I suggest you both look up the word ˜rumour', as I think you both have it confused with the word ˜fact'.
The only thing I fear, or worry about, is the modern sky generation fan and their endless panty wetting. If the club is ˜rumoured' to be after thirty different players, it by no way means the club ˜approached' thirty different players. To my count thus far the club has missed out on only a few, due to player or more so agent demands, you both keeping up? A few other names were asked after and missed, as the player/agent did not want a move to the greatest of all clubs WHU. I know, the nerve of em huh¦
As for the second 100% panty wet¦where does that ˜extra mile' stop then? Should the club be offering Savio Nsereko £9mil extra miles, or maybe Diamanti £6mil extra miles. I mean both deals worked out so well for the club and it's only money, right?

Well done mate your a winner, the reason i said rumour is because that is what we hear, i never once said we have made approaches for 30 players or more. it is a FACT that we have made bids for the following :clyne,naismith,yilmaz,dost,mackie,hooper,rhodes,elia,holt, and havent signed any of them, plus a few others.
as for your last comment , why does it have to go to that extreme , no the extra mile is a few thousand quid a week, the same few thousand quid that saints, qpr,reading and fulham are prepared to pay, not millions wasted on bad players as you seem to believe is the only route available, so stop your sabre rattling and realise, WE AINT SIGNING NO ONE when we offer crappy terms.

Another fan who thinks we shouldn't stump up the extra money on wages .... U would like to see the panic buying again when we realise all our targets are gone ... It maybe wait until January when we're bottom of the league and then watch other clubs charge us millions for mediocre players if we don't agree decent wages we won't get get decent players and if u honestly beleive this current squad is good enought to keep us up I think u will be proved WRONG !!

Dear god, only two years younger than me, well done on the season ticket son, I'll rescind my ˜sky gen' comment. You do the hard yards and support, as such I'll rescind ˜fan' as well, my apologises. But I do think you must have some post traumatic going on.
As you've been attending for a good long while, you've seen football turn to utter nonsense¦¦the extra mile, be it transfer or wages has no end to it. The few thousand quid extra agreed to in sign on bonus, wages or agents fees has to stop, cause it aint just a few thousand extra in only one case, is it. I for one don't want to see another Icelandic ˜pay em whatever they want' scenario, if other clubs want to do it then good luck to em, they'll have to deal with the consequence later.
I'm really not so sure all your FACTs are facts either, cause your list has one we didn't even consider and two we asked after, but made no bid or official offer for. Plus would any of your FACTs guarantee we would have a better season? Are the other clubs you've mentioned miles ahead of us? I hardly think so in either case¦
