Not happy, not happy at all. Fat Sam staying put. Bang goes my season ticket for next year. Think I'll be staying home oN Saturday and do the garden. More activity and of course here comes another NON productive transfer window where we buy a bunch more 35 year olds.

JOKE

I posted previously that (Dumb&Dumber) Gold&Sullivan would not listen to the fans, despite claiming to be fans themselves.
Here is absolute proof, if you needed it, that its me me me, screw the loyal fans. A dangerous, brave, but ultimately gutless decision

Sullivan thinks he can pull the wool over the fans eyes by showing he has listened to the fans by spewing out all this attacking football is a priority rubbish, but still keeping the 19th century manager

So, our worst fears are realised.

In a statement issued this afternoon, the first and only statement on the subject that has occupied our every thought for weeks now, the club has confirmed that it intends to ignore the strength of feeling of the majority and persevere with Allardyce as the manager.

I wish them well but will remain faithful to my own conviction. I look forward to returning to Upton Park once Allardyce is gone.

Others may choose to believe that Mr One Trick Pony can change, I somehow doubt it. Others may look forward to the signature signings, the capture of players that will be able to embody the 'West Ham way'. I will not be holding my breath.

You have to simply wince at the statement on the official site that reads: Although not everybody understands the West Ham way, we do as we have been supporters all our lives. Everybody indeed does not understand it. One of those being Sam Allardyce but hey-ho, eh.? He's only the manager. I guess we can look forward to more cupped ears, more ridicule and more sanctimonious claptrap about how great he is keeping little ol' West Ham in the premier league.

Apologies that we at this site fell into the trap of eulogising about our next manager. I feel cheated yet again by supposed in the know bloggers and associates with close ties to the club. The usual suspects all have masses of egg on their collective faces and we at Claret and Blues are not immune from that either.

We will not be making the same mistake again.

Over to you guys. I need a beer. {Ed039's Note - Mmmmmmmmmmm Beeeeeeeeeeeer)

Ok so be it we stick with allardyce and descision made quickly enough to get some business done no more maigas or other French has beens please we need pace and goals to get into top 10 we need to score min 50 goals and of course improve at the back as well. let's get the age of team down pace must be injected I understand apart from the long list of players we all want gone we are looking to take a bath money wise on Jarvis and even downing should be very interesting sams attacking style and new players in now all has been cleared doubtless there will be some movement soon IRONMIKE

With BS staying for next season, he really does have to go and get the right players. For one I would have made Armero a permanent. The way his pace outdone the likes of Luis Suarez cannot be ignored. Plus he is able to play LB, LM, LW, LWB.

Secondly is the RB position, required for competition with Guy Demel and hopefully take over during next season / the following season.

Thirdly tying Winston Reid down then means we have a solid and covered back line of: Demel, (Second RB), Tomkins, Reid, Collins, Obrien, Armero, McCartney, (personally I would have someone like Callum Driver in the senior squad for the coming season because of his potential to break into it within the next few years)

Now the defence is more than sorted, go and grab some bargains at Fulham, Norwich, Cardiff. Redmond? Sidwell? Snodgrass? players like this will be able to be picked up for good prices! Take a couple of them to give our boys some competition! With Diame set to leave, maybe a loan deal for someone like Holtby? That's then the Midfield sorted!

Finally I think the majority of our £20m budget should be spent on 2 strikers from the Championship or alternatively one from the champ and another loan deal such as someone like Borini, job done!

I know what people will say. But they won't play the way Sam wants to play, well buying the right players is the first step to changing that. The board must have some sort of input to these transfers after the fans reaction towards the end of the season just gone
