It will be a miracle if we stay up I was so annoyed with BFS in his interview after the match saying that Cole and Carroll should of scored that was clear for everyone to see but top manager don't name their player and are usually quick to take the attention away from the team but BFS just seems to not have the man management skills needed at this level anymore and would rather blame others than take responsibility. I know player have a job to do but they shouldn't be under minded by their own manager it won't instill them with confidence which is what the boys need to get us out of this mess. Hopefully there will be a couple signed over the next week or so, if not we might have to start preparing for life in the championship. Chris COYI {Ed039's Note - Chris, I cant agree with you, if players miss sitters you cant help but mention their name. The line "My Sandra could have scored that" springs to mind)

i can happily say that I missed the newcastle game and won;t go to another game this season as long as allardyce is in charge. he moans he can;t get a striker but he only plays one way and no striker will play for him with his current tactics, combined with where we are in the league and the fact they will play second fiddle to carroll nobody worth his salt will joinand now I hear el hadj diouf rumour has started, typical of our ambition.

the owners did exactly the same with birmingham and look at them now

makes me feel sick {Ed039's Note - Gold & Sullivan have nothing to with Birmingham's current situation)

Agreed Ed. another stupid assumption.

how come within 3 days of everton being interested in traore is he having a medical with them and yet it took us nearly 2 weeks to get near a deal with him. somehting amiss me thinks

i think our problem is that gold and sullivan try to do everything on the cheap which makes it very hard for the manager.

If sam finds a player he wants and the price is say £10m then we will try for £7m, whilst I agree with haggling there are only some clubs these days that will and even less so in January.

If we can only afford loan players then at least get them a medical and ecent wage offer before announcing anything.

Gilardino could be a really god buy cause he gets goals but we want him on initial loan with option to buy in the summer. FFS just go and buy the guyif he is the striker we think we need

Can understand supporters venting their anger after latest defeat we were outclassed by a side who probably won't finish top six enough said just to give further insight Taylor volunteered to go RB never having played a competitive match that position! As I've said changes should have been made 5or6matches back too late now Lack of cover Lack of planning total lack of ambition at all levels let's face it who wants to sign for us only akid or has beens their will be no lescott lambert traore or any other players of calibre How Mr Hearn must be laughing Orient v Us next season lookin more likely by the week Big club are we? well it looks too late to save the season now dgs can't make big purchases even if they could snare aplayer because of this entry to Olympic stadium debt free agreement they have in fact handcuffed themselves and therefore BFS to their own whipping stool unfortunatel the supporters have to go along for then I also said that bfs beginning to look and sound like avram grant "Why 2 more goals and we could have got a point from the game" Give some of the kids a runout against MCity 2nd team so we get beat 0-5 can't get worse they are the future most of this shambles are not like the film not 12 but 55 years a slave to the fortunes of west ham united One day it will change all things do IRONMIKE {Ed001's Note - what the owners could do is spend the money, then turn the debt into equity in the club, if they wanted to. That is what Vincent Tan did at Cardiff and numerous others have done elsewhere. Of course that would mean they are actually spending their own money, rather than just leveraging the club's future income, which they were unwilling to do at Birmingham. Which is how Birmingham ended up in such a mess, added to by a new owner who was unable to pay the enormous debt they left behind.}

there are reports in todays mirror that Pardew is being lined up to take over from BFS

Look, no disrespect to west ham, but there IS NO WAY that Pardew will leave Newcastle for West Ham.

We should go for moyes when he gets sacked in the morning

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew will be a shock contender for the West Ham manager's job - if they sack current boss Sam Allardyce.

Full story: Sunday Mirror

Cant see this being true but would love to have pards back

Not a chance! they don't want to pay the 5 million it would cost to get rid of BS so there not going to pay the extra it would cost in compo to get pardew out of toon land. complete non starter I am afraid more tabloid crap

Have to agree with the above poster and let's have right pards was in trouble himself at the begining of the season remy out injured returns to the 1st team banging in goals b4 they new confidence was back and there on a roll.
west ham on the other hand defensively was ok for the 1st 7/8 games but very little goal threat if we had a got 2nd decent striker we would be able to afford to drop points
