So, after yesterdays performance, do we still need a RB, winger and striker? I still think we do, lets face it Villa were appauling. I do think that we have looked very good under big sam, he has sorted the team out well. All the haters need to get real, we aren't going to get the best players and we're not going to have the greatest of seasons.
Paul Lambert has been drilling Aston Villa on keep ball according to Stephen Ireland. Sure they kept it but they did nothing with it. Why should West Ham commit to risky tackles to get the ball back when they were never in the danger area. When we did have it we never looked brilliant but we did look dangerous at times. Its first game of the season mate...lets give them some time to bed in.

Well said. we need to play for results based on what we have and what we can get. big sam is not a fav, but he is not the worst manager to have in our situation. get settled in the prem for a few years, settled in the new stad, if we get it. and maybe this rumour of big investment if we do get the stad. then we can maybe think about making the next step. and if this is a bad time in our history, well other teams have fallen harder and bigger teams have fallen as bad as us. so lets see what happens.i think there could be a treat before the end of the window too, just a feeling. i salute the men of iron around the world!
Believe we will make some more signings this week and bfs knows how to put a team out that will grind out results out
