I would like to think we will end up with two decent players in each position ideally for the start of the season. I have put a list below of what I think they might look like. In () are players that could sign, and in [] are youth players I hope to see.

I do not see a place for Maiga as he does not suit the lone striker role and is not good enough on the wing. Would much prefer Zapata and Mcallum to be backups for AC (even RVT would be better up top). Whatever the case we lack decent backup for AC!
I am not a fan of Diarra but he could do a job still so I won't write him off. I would still like Kuzmanovic to come though as he could offer us more options which could allow Morrison to feature more on the wing and Collison where Nolan would play (Although I think Morrison would be best through the middle).
RVT and Taylor are not Prem standard and we need at least one more natural winger (not strikers played out of position like Grant did to Ba).
I have not seen any of Chambers so I do believe we still lack a face at centre back.
If Kuzmanovic, Zapata and Montero all come then we could have a decent year next season.
We need a STRIKER as we have none. Forget Maiga, Sam won;t play him up front on his todd. Forget Zupata, NO WORK PERMIT and WEST HAM Not likely to pursue one. GARY Hooper would be a good shout but as always West Ham dither about so much they end up missing out on targets
Oh yeah, very short of strikers on this list and only 23 players when we need 25
