Everton have just 'Willian'd' West Ham, so to speak, according to freelance journalist Paul Smith.
Smith claims that the Ivorian striker, who's just signed for Monaco from Anzhi, has agreed to a loan move to Everton for the rest of the season, despite having undergone a medical at West Ham, a la Willian with Spurs and Chelsea last summer.
Smith claims the Hammers are up in arms at Everton's 11th hour hijacking of the move, as the London club were sure they had tactic rights to Traore after inviting him for a medical.
Paul Smith should get his facts right the. West Ham have got the work permit, which is non transferable. If West Ham United change their mind on the player, only then can another club apply for a work permit, and they are not allowed to do so for four months. If he does go to Everton, they will have broken the rules and they will be in deep sh*t, so don't believe every thing that is written.
Hope your right above poster,
to many unknowns here to be honest if he has travelled up to speak to everton maybe sign for them,
now this is the bit I don't get ok you say he can't play for them because the work permit is non transferable and if West Ham United did cancel the wp/efc would have to wait 4 months to apply for a new one,
now everton fans are claiming on their page this is a 5 day rule then they can reapply for a w/p something is wrong here have efc looked into this properly or did they wait for us to get approval and then decide to follow up the loan bid.
there has been no info from either west ham or everton in regards to what has happened
