If West Ham can get Zupata they;ve got themselves a real gem. The argentinian leageu is one of the toughest in the world where even Maradonna had to concede defeat when he had lumps kicked out of him. Zapata and Falcao cut from the same cloth and tough, strong and powerful.

Agreed, he looks a very good shout by the club. From the little I’ve seen of him, the one thing that stands out in the lad is his vision.

Hope the permit goes through, as it’ll be another black eye day for all the ‘scouting’ doubters out there.

Altidore did well last season but he'll find the prem much harder than the dutch league and when Brian Ruiz signed for Fulham he was rated as one of the best players in holland at the time and he hasn't set the world on fire in the prem. Altidore played for Hull in the prem and think he only managed a couple of goals in the season. I like the look of Zapata but would like to see Ba back with us. Chris COYI
