French striker Loic Remy has not been granted permission to talk to other clubs, despite reports to the contrary, per the Sunday Times. It seems Jose Mourihno is happy for the frenchman to stay with Chelsea
Remy joined Chelsea from QPR last summer for £10.5 million (via the BBC), scoring seven goals in 19 league appearances.
However the forward has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer. TalkSPORT claims West Ham United are interested, while the Mirror reports Crystal Palace are readying a deal and are watching the situation at Chelsea closely.

Apart from the obvious who are clearly not good enough even as back ups in the premier league:
Nolan (Too old and slow)
O'Brien (Ditto)
Jarvis (had one good season but never worth £10m)
Not sure Downing is consistent enough for me. He drifts in and out of games and if better replacement can be had he would go!
Jussi already gone as with Demel. I'd like us to get rid of AC to free up wage space and get Austin and Remy.
If Valencia wants out (by all rumours he apparently wouldn't mind chelsea) Let him go
