Sam Allardyce has stated that he has some money to spend but not a lot. We can forget all the rumours linking West ham to Wilfiried Bony (chelsea), Gary Hooper (Norwich), Jordan Rhodes (WBA) and Andy Carroll etc because with very little funds available West ham are in no position to purchase any of them. Free agent market is being looked into in an effort to improve the squad but keep down the spending. West Ham are trying to get Carroll but only on another season long loan
