We are not going to sign any players this window, like Newcastle last year, except we'll get relegated

Are you for real? Of course we are going to sign players. Relegated! are you sure you support The Hammers?

You seem to be surprised that the words West Ham and relegation are in the same sentence. Are you sure you support West Ham?

WHU this coming season will be better than Leicester, Burnley, QPR, A Villa, Swansea (under current manager) Need I go on? Relegated, are you a spud?

If your happy with being the fifth, sixth or seventh worst team in the premiership then good luck to you. Oh, and also, good luck in the transfer market, my god your going to need it.

Have you been asleep for the last 10 years? We have billionaire owners and the best league in the world- yeah it's great to be here. Come on you irons and beat the spuds 3x again!

Sullivan & Gold's fortunes combined are 750mil, hardly billionaires but a great post none the less.

Agreed. I meant we need to be content at being amongst clubs with billionaire owners who buy their trophies. I'm a realist.

The 'exciting transfer' could be Tom Ince. Fits description of big clubs chasing him better than Kouyate

This is what David Gold has said This player will excite fans! West Ham chief This player will, excite fans! West Ham chief reveals club closing in on big-name signing who could it be anyone know who it might be

My guess would be kouyate I would love it to be lukaku though think I need to wake up a little more from that dream

I don't believe anything that comes out of West Ham. If Gold and Sullivan are behind, then its fiction

Hope its Tevez

If you don't believe anything from Gold & Sullivan and want honest chairmen / managers, go down to Brisbane Rd and befriend Barry Hearn and support the mighty Orient or maybe Harry at QPR!

No need, they all cut from the same cloth. There's more humour in the s. punk brothers. They will never learn and neither will the fans. They feed off your blind optimism and tell you things you want to hear, but they will never happen. Year after year its the same thing, but hey, as long as they get your money their happy, but your not, unless you like getting the plss taken out of you, which is what they do with the so called transfer targets that get so tantalizingly close, but "collapse" at the last second. Sound familiar?

And you think that Gold and Sullivan are honest? Are you seriously telling me that all these phantom transfer targets and continuous last minute collapse of "nailed on" signings are the work of honest men, wake up son

Who said they were honest? Trying to point out that they are all the same, they are all business people. It was tongue in cheek about Hearn & Harry.
Next you will be saying Levy is an honest guy! Me wake up!

I have a source within west ham that says we are looking at bidding for Aaron Cresswell. A 2-3 million bid would secure his signature. kouyate is also being tracked. There is talk about richards but with his injury record and wages a deal may seem unlikely and will turn to other players. It seems we are being linked with everyone but one player I would like to see gracing the west ham pitch next season is romeu from chelsea. In all honest, I believe our squad won't be much different from last season. G & S will link us to players for the next 2 months, and put in a stupid low offer or just pull out of the race or end up with another Andy Carroll who can't hit a barn door when the likes of Bony go for cheaper and score more goals.

You read my mind

And mine!

I think we will sign 5-6 players if we keep Carroll for and have someone playing up top with him in home games and ravel behind him who knows

Agree Carroll was disappointing last season but neither Jarvis or Downing set the world alight with their crosses into him did they.
Give him the service he thrives on and he will score / assist.

I'm guessing Zarate will play on the wing with Carrol the lone striker. Jarvis or Downing on the other wing. I'd like to see Morrison slip into the Number 10 position just behind Carroll (If he can sort his attitude out) and then look at having noble and Kouyate next to him to make the midfield really solid. Of course we need more numbers to rotate the squad. Would love cresswell to join. Class LB. Need a RB and CB I think plus either a striker and/or creative midfielder
