Andy sick note Carroll has missed 74 games through injury since joining us it's a absolute joke and he's on 90 k a week. He's having it right of at our expense. If I was in charge he would be gone waste of space. Problem is who would want him with a injury record like that GOOD FOR NOTHING GET RID.

Not his fault he's on 90k a week though is it? I doubt he would prefer to be injured. You state the problem that nobody would want to buy him with that injury record but if you was in charge he would be gone?

Doesn't add up. Every time he's fit he does a decent job & you can't deny he's great in the air and others us a decent option. Injuries are pot luck, look at Dean Ashton, did you blame him as well? He's not a bad egg in the dressing room so not quite sure why people a so quick to get on his back, maybe because BFS signed him, also not his fault.

Jack I didn't want to upset anyone but Andy Carroll is in my opinion no where near as good a player as Sakho his hold up play is better his touch is better and his all round play is better, our club does not need a player sitting in the treatment room on 90k a week when we could use that money on a player who will play and score goals, what has he actually done for our club he scores a couple of goals every now and again he's nothing special. All I'm saying is 74 games missed through injury when put into perspective that's almost 2 full seasons. Why would you want someone who is so prone to injury and taking 4.5 mill a year wage, do you not think that money could be better spent. We don't have a endless pot of money like some teams and I just feel he needs to go. Maybe I was a bit harsh but we are on the up and need a new striker Andy Carroll is not the man.

first of all I don't think andy carroll is a bad player indeed as jack says he's had some good games for us the problem is for me 2 fold first of all he can be the best player in the world but he just isn't on the pitch enough for what he earns yes I feel sorry for him but at west ham we have to be realistic about our finances we can't asfford to soak up his wages each week if he isn't playing
second point is that for him to be effective we have to play someone up alongside him that requires us to completly change our tactics which have been so successful this season which pretty much makes him nothing more than an impact player from the bench when everyone is fit which is fine but again for me he earns just to much for that
as I said it isn't that I donet like him its just the harsh reality of our financial state and of the PL rules that I would look to move him on.

I do see the argument that the wages could be spent better elsewhere but as it stands he is a West Ham player, that's unlikely to change due to his wages and injury record. I just think it's unjust to slate the guy because of his injury record. What we have when fit is a player who is better than anyone else in the league at heading a ball, this is in my opinion a great asset to have.
