If sam leaves west ham come the end of the season, it'll be a nice touch if we knew before the final home game cause I think he deserves a standing ovation, love him or hate him, I believe his done a decent job. That's if he leaves of course.

As much as I hate to say it, I totally agree. The board will not reveal their plan until they have found a suitable replacement so unlikley to happen
