Every singles fans point of view should be taken on board it doesn't make you less of a fan if you don't agree with what's happening and at the end of the day the club shouldn't be about our manager or owners its about the fans. Who's always going to be there THE FANS not G/S or BFS we've seen owners come and go and managers so everyone should realise that the plan is to sell us on once we're in the OS, this is just a thought. Hope we stay up Chris COYI

The joke gets worse Andy Carrol out for a year!

10 Sep 2013 13:09:07
It has been rumoured that david gold, david sullivan and sam allardyce are complete tw@ts over signing no strikers as cover for injury prone andy carroll. Just a rumour mind.

Bad bit of banter

Gullivan and Allardyce have turned our beloved club into a shambles. There were clues to the FFP ruling all over the place with Norwich, Sunderland and SPurs (to name a few) spending money like water. Gullivan however panicked. No wage room they said! What a load of rubbish. They could have moved for Quag (superb striker and Rhodes) and sold AC for Corned Beef. So don;t tell me to go easy on our board who have been poorly near sighted and had no vision

Gold and sullivan are complete TWA*S never mind its been rumoured. A flaming striker should have been the summer priority but no, all their eggs were put into one stupid basket by signing AC. We should have bought someone else and sent the donkey back to Liverpool

Should have got another striker, yes. Just because AC has now been injured again everyone hates him. i'm sorry but there are some part-time fans here if all you do is criticise

I wish I would remember to draw your attention to this thread in 2 seasons time when FFP kicks in and all the big timers have to start stripping their squads. its going to be comical for the most recent big spenders and won't affect the most recent careful spenders - read up on it properly before slagging our directors off

I find it pathetic that so called 'fans' are so quick to disrespect West Ham! Yes the bosses ****ed up a bit by not bringing in a striker, lying to the fans blah blah etc. Bad, yes. End of the world, definitely not!

West Ham have better records, a better squad, a better fan base (minus all you lot to quickly slag us off when we don't win every single game), than a good handful of the teams currently in the premiership. Now there is only 3 relegation spaces, West Ham not taking up one of them.

TBH this season if we finish 7th or 17th it doesn't make a blind bit of difference. The bosses have already ****ed our chances of hitting targets by the end of the season, therefore the only requirement will be surviving and re-addressing our targets next season

Chins up!

Were not moaning when we don't win every single game but when we can't even beat a Stoke team in a transitional period at home then as fans we have every right to ask questions especially when the answers are only ever shoddy excuses!

What made you think we should have beaten Stoke? It is a mediocre game for us. the past 10 meetings have seen 4 wins, 4 losses and 2 draws. You can't complain about not beating Stoke therefore and you do not have a valid point.

Going by a team we beat the majority of the time, yes you could have got upset at dropping points. Because we are not typically used to dropping them

Anyway, as I say. Chin up and we get behind our team to earn a result on Saturday

COYI

We were at home for starters and if you going to pull out some stats hoe about the fact we lost 4 at home all season last year, so yeah I expect us to beat stoke at home

Ill pull out stats to wrong your statements all day long.

Take this one:

The last 6 stoke encounters come out as follows.

- Lost at home
- Won away
- Drew at home
- Lost away
- Won at home
- Drew away

1 loss, 1 win and 1 draw at both stadiums, sorry about that mate but your point still no longer stands

Chin up

It does stand because we got to be beating stoke at home simple as that we beat chelsea last year at home so by you reckoning we should be beating them again!

Did anyone expect Arsenal to lose at home 3-1 to Villa on the first day of the season. No. we lost at home to Stoke so what it was one of those days. They lost at home to us last season, bet they didn't expect that with our lack of away performances and goals

Just contradicted yourself or you haven't read my posts properly.

I would not say we should beat Chelsea again, definitely not!

If by my 'reckoning' you say we should beat Chelsea again that's the third incorrect post from you (out of 3 by the way - good 0% record from you)

Last 6 Chelsea meets:

- Lost away
- Won at home
- Lost away
- Lost at home
- Lost away
- Drew at home

So by my 'reckoning' we will be dropping points at Chelsea this season

Surprise surprise. Andy Carroll out until xmas. Come on. All us die hard hammers fans knew this was going to happen. When have we ever known things to be straight forward

I got to say that if west ham sign petric and can get him match fit he'll do ok for them. And let's face it they don;t really have that many options because Maiga is not cut out for Premier League

10 Sep 2013 08:19:14
NOw its panic stations at west ham after Andy Carroll was confirmed to be out for a further 4 months. So we have to rely on Maiga. what a piss take and a laughing stock the owners are turning us into. They had the time and the finances and all they worried about was the FFP whereas Norwich, Spurs etc didn;t because they knew it don't come in until 2015. Our baord were just using it as an excuse and so we spent remaining money on Downing who is a good signing at that price but we needed a striker and as we keep saying off load players in a swap deal plus cash for Jordan Rhodes. HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST WE SAY THIS

that's it then, Carroll has sustained another injury and is beginning to bear all the hallmarks of another Dean Ashton or Keiron Dyer. But at least when those two inaction men booked in to their favourite treatment suite, the club had somebody to fill their shirts. Not so this time.

Amazingly, or should I say typically, West Ham fans have been slow to condemn the brinkmanship which saw us look around dazed and confused until the final hours of the transfer window, before making a belated bid to sign three, by that stage, unlikely targets. Perhaps it took the Stoke game to wake the Board up. And perhaps the very real prospect of a relegation battle alerted them to the fact that a vague threat of a points deduction was as of nothing, compared to a second dose of financial Armageddon in the Championship; but somehow the Financial Fair Play rules became, at the very last moment, less of an insurmountable obstacle.

Why, oh, why, oh why did we buy Downing rather than prioritizing a striker? What folly! Why, oh why, oh why did we let Norwich and Sunderland and Tottenham build new teams whilst we muttered on about new rules which are not tested for the first time until May 2015? What folly!

West Ham fans scoffed over the weekend and last week when I suggested we were now in danger of relegation, but tell me, how are we going to win games if we can't score goals? I can only see one option at the moment, and that is to move Captain Kev up top because Maiga is s***.

The latest rumour is that we are bringing in Petric. Well he hasn't got a club and we seem to be hoovering up any scraps on offer. A great signing methinks, he didn't net a single goal for Fulham post Christmas and from Easter on, Fulham showed relegation form.

But we won a friendly in Spain! Yep, with a Noble penalty.

It's threatening to be one nightmare of a season!

Andy Carroll could be out for the rest of the season and I have just wasted my money on some crappy shirt that says andy Carroll on it that's it I have had enough of supporting west ham we have no strikers we will see you in the championship next year well done owners you have wrecked the club and you can go stick your Olympic stadium up your arse!
