So I do believe it might be an exciting end to Jan and if so this time the club deserve some credit.
I have been told (although you never know) they were sceltical about Arnie bid. Told player and agent you can go but valuation needs to be met and we need to get a player we want in. Club didn't believe either was likely until summer. Also told agent he would be sold in summer and there would not be a new contract in meantime.
Of course they have been off talking and looking at a range of players and wouldn't mind a couple coming off the books to free up wages and a little bit of money. No revelation there. Now there is a possibility of some big and fast movements and 3 maybe going with two in. I assume Arnie to China is the start which means both the money is right and incoming player is right. Two others out I hope Perez but then could be one from Hernandez, Carroll, Obiang or a. n. other. Incoming seems to be Gomez (although I am only going by other reports) but my source has been told he is working all weekend so lots of work still to be done. Of course having got excited and thinking about a dream double transfer we will probably find Arnie is about to announce he has been mis translated and has decided to stay as he loves the club so much! Apparently the Club have been very focused and calm in this window and it is others that have started to blink first. We'll see soon enough.

I know it has been rumoured before but I hear Hernandez is in talks for an MLS move. A team sponsor has been talked too and "people close to his family" expect a move. Could be a rehash of a January article.

I'd ask for as much money as feasibly possible without pricing us out of a transfer also I wouldn't sell anyway because he's a goalscorer and with our new signings yarmilenko and Anderson why would he want to move with ammunition like that supplying great balls into the box for a predator like CHIQUARITO.

Looks like MP has done some decent business inwards. Question now who is leaving to balance books? still rumours coming out of Manchester for Arnie I hope not but you never know.

Cullen and Burke are on their way - the latter for £1.5m if reports are true. Derby would be a good fit for him, I think.
As for our high wage earners, it looks like MP wants to get his incoming deals done first, but I can certainly see Carrol and Antonio being shipped out and quite possibly Oxford along with one of Kouyate or Obiang, which should recoup £40/ 50m.

I would imagine there maybe some agreement in place already for Arnie. If they can secure Gomez now either in the window or on pre contract they should he is young and talented. If it means offloading Perez and Hernandez even at a loss I would do it and play some of our youngsters for the experience if we need too. Realistically our season is done excitement wise so it is building for the future time.

Would be a great signing. If successful I am guessing that we will let a couple at least go to European clubs after PL window shuts. Obiang? Oxford? We might still be shopping with deals done in principal.

Shame they are out as that ties up cash and assets but at least Wiltshire madejot through! Triple training seems to break em.

who goes will influence how good the window has been. At least MP will have his players in but I predict a couple of big names may have to go. If we land most that we are linked with we are £40-£60 M over the budget stated at beginning of summer. Either we are getting rid of lots (if anyone wants them) and if they go to the championship it won't be for big big money or we will offload a couple for big money. The price of Anderson makes me think we have a couple of big offers on the table for some of the squad. Maybe the sacrifice we have to pay. Can't fault the efforts so far though.
