Hi All
Well it appears we have a great strip and a world class stadium just need the team.
Always a time of year for much speculation regarding ins and outs
Be serious for a moment if you are a player of a proven standard with ambiton when the likes of Everton, Leicester, Arsenal. Newcastle,
Bournemouth, etc and West Ham, WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE, given the representatives you were dealing with
are very akin to Delboy Sullivan, Rodney Gold and Trigger Bilic.

I would like to think West Ham should be able to sell their selves better than all those bar Arsenal. Look at the stadium we have and the location. Like you say there is something not quite right behind closed doors. Early days yet though.

2.) 05 Jul 2017 14:18:45
I fought I was imagining things when I said Everton go after every player we are linked with no it's been confirmed by rumours about them putting in a 40million bid for JIMINEZ but on this occasion they are welcome to him because that's 30 million too much I truly believe we are solely concentrating on the INHEACHO deal and that only we are going to end up with a load of cast offs and loan deals.

3.) 05 Jul 2017 19:09:39
I replied to Golds twitter about our new shirt.
I told him to get his finger out of his proverbial and take the club forward with some much needed investment in players or before he knows it. the West Ham fans will be wearing Millwall shirts.

Granted. I may have gone a bit far with the Millwall shirt but. 😂😂😂😂.

Hi Does anybody know what has happened to Alvaro Arbeloa he does not appear on injury list or the bench?

hammered

1.) 02 Nov 2016 17:44:58
no, but has anyone else heard the good news? Carlton Cole is back in town training with the almighty hammers! hahaha.

2.) 02 Nov 2016 20:00:30
Arebola fell out with slav apparently.

It is all very well moaning about the quality of the new inatke but here must be a process that involves identifying the players skills and suitability to EPL and West Ham in particular. perhaps some of the credit/ blame should also question Tony Henry and his part in the process? Players can only perform to their best and coaches can only develop so much. The chairpeople would not recognise a good pro if they kicked them up the rear. Just look at the bad signings (yes Payet is brilliant) in recent seasons (zarate, maiga, henry, hendie, jelavic, emenike, jarvis, demel, song, amalfitano, johnson, diarra, razak, paulista etc plus the new crop of tore, zaza, valencia and the Lady even married an average player. It not just down to SB there is a clear pattern.

hammered

1.) 23 Sep 2016 11:01:09
Wow, when you look at the rubbish we have bought its staggering and as you quite rightly point out, there is a pattern of rubbish which isn't down to SB. Half of this rubbish lot were bought well before SB took over so we can only point the finger in one direction.

Any thoughts on who's going to play this weekend against the pace of Long and Redmond (both who we could have had) . Maybe play Oxford in front of the CB's with Arbeloa and Byram out wide.

2.) 28 sep 2016 12:56:58
noble shouldnt just be rested he should be outed cash in on him why he's young enough obiang given a run in the team and we will see a decent no good giving him 15 minutes here and there play him for 10 games and see what hs about when we signed him he was in the top five tackles made and distance covered in italy give him a chance and f--k noble off . coyi.

Good news re Ayew fit for the bench in December time for a little match fitness then along with Kouyate Feghouli possibly Bony off to the African Nations Cup for most of January, perhaps AC will be fit for acouple of games. Obviously the management have planned for this?

hammered

1.) 24 Aug 2016 16:29:36
Wouldnt Ayew also be off to African cup of nations?

a very negative but realistic assessment of the current playing staff bearing in mind that the season really starts on Thursday.
Out
Song, Emenike, Moses, Obrien, Jenkinson, Tomkins (£10m), Lee, Hendry (loan)
On the way out
Sakho (10m) , Valencia (10m), Randolph, Oxford? 15-20m)
Injured
Creswell Carroll (any minute)
Lanzini
add to this
Ogbonna, Collins and Payet who will be late getting up to match fitness
In
Nordveld (free), Ferghouli (Free),
Tore (Loan) Fletcher, Martinez, Quina
Possible
Calleri Loan if?

For an ambitious side this does not seem to be a very good plan, yes the transfer window is open for another six weeks by which time we could be out of europe and playing catch up in the league
With regard to Bacca, is this not a case of "we tried" (was this ever on) Loan fees in for out probably balance out potential transfer income £40m outgoing £2-3
100m in from tv we wn't need a parachute next season.
We need to look around at the building going on around the league
ManU Man City Spurs Chelsea Liverpool Palace not forgetting Leicester and Arsenal top 4 really.

1.) 24 Jul 2016 14:20:39
we are still at the moment better than last year song emenike and moses were all garbage

I do agree we haven't improved as much as we should ave though but I will still wait till window closes be free if indeed I have to have a proper moan lol we got antonio on last day last year don't forget.

2.) 24 Jul 2016 17:52:35
Id like us to go for chicarito played well last season.

3.) 24 Jul 2016 18:23:00
And me but we won't. Some stupid rumour kicking around saying we spoke to real Madrid to buy James Rodriguez (only on loan of course)

really
Dendonker
Mawson
Walcott
Castro
Smolov
Shelvey
Schurrle
Akanji
etc. etc I wonder, what/ who is the source of these RUMOURS
Now the reality, reserve players from Newcastle Liverpool or stars from the relegated Middlesboro/ sunderland squads
Looks like Andy is out AGAIN and who would sign Sakho/ Hernandes
How many of current squad have an escape from the Championships clause in thier contract?

hammered

1.) 13 Jan 2018 13:59:21
Exactly it's all talk. We will probably try and get loans like schurrle and ings and that will be it. I hope we stay up and moyes has a clear out but, we are clearly weak. in midfield so I how there are 3 teams worse than us otherwise we may pay the ultimate price.

2.) 13 Jan 2018 14:22:51
To all the people on this site who think it's a good idea to get rid of CHIQUARITO let me just say this when you are down the bottom u need a few things and the most important one is a goalscorer which he DEFINITELY IS it would be a monumental mistake to sell him now and it WONT HAPPEN NO CHANCE. COYI.

3.) 14 Jan 2018 17:51:12
Gkg, and when will Chicha start to scoring? He didn't came as some prospect but as proven goalscore, but till now he is more waving hands and yelling at everybody then scoring goals. Also his impact for game is minimal.
maybe he is a good guy and only didn't fit in our system, but still, do we need to pay as much money for somebody who is not fitting in our system?

4.) 15 Jan 2018 11:06:17
Hi TULEN your totally missing the point mate he's not nowhere near fit and we are asking him to play an ANDY CARROLL role, When we signed him we should have known that he's better playing with a strike partner and if we ain't going to play this way WHY OH WHY did we sign him in the first place, look at the saints game the last finish was total instinct and he's the FIFTH BEST goal per game average in the current premiership stats put him in the area give him the chance and he WILL DELIVER MOYES CLEARLY doesn't RATE HIM AND WASNT HIS SIGNING. COYI.

30 Nov 2017 12:04:02
Hi
Lets be realistic we are going down, having made two of the worst teams in the PL look good. The players are not or will not play to their potential, highlighted by the penalty miss which oused a total lack of confidencce (oddly in the midst of Lanzinis best 20 mins of the season) . Hopefully that is the end of Hart, does he claim an assist?
It is easy to critisize such a poor performance but consider the way the ball ran for Everton ( thru ball for the penalty, miss kick for second and pass from Hart for the third) with the exception of the fourth.
If their confidence is low now,
what will it be like in 3 games time.
We have the manager well experienced in relegation and there are not 3 teams worse.
The only positive is that the sell on value is going down quickly, hitting the dildo boys were it hurts.

hammered

1.) 30 Nov 2017 20:19:09
I knew HART wasn't any bottle any more when PEP got rid of him his confidence was blown apart he thought I'm ENGLANDS KEEPER AND UNTOUCHABLE how wrong you were MASSIVE CREDIT TO PEP that's what you call earning your money with big calls like that because everybody said he was wrong how right he was he let in a lorry load of goals in Italy ableit in a poor team but come on a CLASS KEEPER no any keeper is meant to be a presence in goal and look big command your area and all that he's glued to his line doesn't come for corners, crosses, narrowing angles in fact and this is me being serious helooks like a semi pro keeper at best so for me it's back to TV ads I'm afraid.

30 Aug 2017 11:24:11
Hi All
The management do realise that the PL is not a 5 a side competion? although at times last season and most of this season wehave played with 5 making any effort.
Delboy and Rodney are off on their hols (leaving Trigger to ponder) so that must be it, no money to be spent.
Sakho and Gordon sales will put us in the black with loads of savings on wages. Great prep for the championship and beyond if they are not careful there will be nothing to sell on.

Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow sufferers

Hart, Giroud, Iheanacho, wiltshere, walcott, traore, Onyekuru, Batshuayi,
Sturridge, Smalling, Karamoh, Gibbs,
Patricio, Bony, Kone, Defoe, Djourou,
Nolito, etc all have two things in common a very active agent and they won't be joining whu. It is after all the silly season. You cannot waste money on a short term investment.

Hi
It has been good to read all of the recent posts relating to transfer activity, but really. The puppet masters spin "we only need 2/ 3 players" and "we will get the work done for pre-season"
Currently in terms of numbers the squad is short (tore, calleri, zaza, nordveit, Oxford, albalero) Obiang. Reid, Antonio and Noble returning from injury, always uncertain, oh plus the built in injury list of Carroll and Sakho who will be like new signings.
On the positive side we have the wise re-investment of Payet money in the form of Snodgrass and Fonte
and the introduction of Zabeleta (fingers crossed) . With Ginge not getting any younger we may need to play some of the youngsters, remember we coud only field 6 on the bench at Burnley. All this said it is difficult to sign players for half of their asking price or to find freebies for a clearly ambitious club, l ookinf forward to more of the same next season with a staying up target.

Chelsea are looking to get rid of Nathan ake and Kurt zouma worth a shout maybe 😂.

2.) 23 Jun 2017 22:42:21
We have to be aiming higher than a washed up NEGRADO lads the one signing I am praying we can get done is WILTSHIRE he makes the whole team play and GIROUD for the right money would be a welcome addition as he's a forward that stays fit for the majority of the season something we haven't had last season.

the 3-5-2 immediately became a 5-3-2 which gave city total control from back to front alllowing them to play a comfortable game into our box the goals had to come, if we are honest it was looking like and could have been 6-7.
The change in formation balanced the second half, CONGRATULATIONS to Antonio on our leading goalscorers call up but does Sam need 3 right backs?
Positives Cresswell will not find it easy to regain his place, the only position in the team that has real premier class selection problems. Byram is growing in confidence.
We seem to still suffer from selective big team referee vision (would not have made difference to us but will ironically help ManU) . Why sell Obiang when we retain Valencia and even worse Tore this level of football has no room for old pals act.

What is happening with Sakho, obviously we are not going to sell him, when will he be fit?
Sakho has been allowed to dictate to the club, does he not have a contract that identifies his contribution with penalties for non compliance?

I think the boys are considering just the one full back persisting with the Antonio disaster. let's hope Byram develops very quickly. Can we really still have the Bacca offer on the table.

Help
Last night just went to prove what all bar management have understood for the entire summer. Antonio not a full back, a failure to replace the departed, coupled with a growing injury list (players don't get injured or suspended) the squad is too too small (without reference any to quality) .
The fans can dream of Bacca, lacazette, Batshuayi but need to focus on Gomez, Van Persie, Crouch and any other OAP. It would appear that the boys have become confused by their own Smoke and Bull?, It may well already be too late to save the season, with a need to concentrate on survival and the 2 domestic cups. Media hype around Payet, Ogbonna, Oxford and Sakho may turn into reality if they and their agents assess future progress at the target blurring OS
The splendour of the New home may well generate income
(50 000 season tickets sold) but it does not gaurantee results. It may well now be time to panic.

lanzini and payet great going forward but very poor defensively, can't really play both unless chasing the game which looks like it will be most of the season, Can Tore not be sent back now? Oxford may have to play in fron of back four. Perhaps a 4 4 2 may be used to staedy the ship
Arbeloa Reid Ogbonna Musuaka
Payet Oxford Obiang Kouyate
Antonio Zaza/ Fletcher.
