So, what happens now with Amalfitano? He won't get in this team, even if he and SB sort there problem out. Such a great window, getting loads out and better in, swapped quantity for quality, this is the one player I thought would go

So senior players didn't want Joey Barton, are these the same senior players who have just lost to Leicester and Bournemouth at home. At least he'd show some fight and cover his back four, apparently it was a mostly appearance based deal. I'd go back and get him. just my opinion

Where's Ironmike the last few days? The rumours are not drying up but the information is. lol, I think Austin is perfect for us, I can't understand why we have made no effort to sign is guy, I know Carroll is nearly fit, but he's hardly prolific, Austin scores all sort of goals too. I'm worried we're going to sign a pure duffer like Maiga, rather play Elliot Lee than him

I'd sign Scott Sinclair as a good squad back up, but if it's a marquee signing. Gundogan of Dortmund or Morata from Juventus would be good, but the top choice would be Ibrahimovic.

I grew up in Glasgow and supported Celtic as a boy, still follow them from afar, but know for a fact a lot of them follow west ham, not supporters as such, just like the Hammers, many of my mates did, it's the way the hammers played and the Frank McAvennie thing too, if they come down they will want to have a drink and a laugh, there's a few bangers amongst them, like any club, but the majority will have a right good crack and drink the east end dry.

2 million euros is only about 27-30 grand a week RedRobbo, it's decent in European terms, that's why they can let fans in these countries have cheap season tickets too compared to ours, the money in our game and players wages are fantasy stuff.

I'd try Antonio up front and leave Valencia where he is, the guys powerful and quick, Valencia too lightweight up there.
