This is probably the worst performance I have seen as a fan! No heart, no skill.
Why can we not bring on youngsters who have got something to prove! Reece Burke, Elliot Lee, let's start playing them as the 11 that are on the field obviously cannot wait for the Holidays, as it's such a hard life being a Pro footballer! July 2nd our new season begins( which could ultimately see us relegated). Let's look forward to that!

Seems a recent poll suggests tht 87% of west ham fans want a change of manager and of those who voted this is how the vote went

1/Rafa Benitez 24.23 per cent

2/ Slaven Bilic 21.1 per cent

3/Marcelo Bielsa 19.68 per cent

4/ Sam Allardyce 13.35 per cent

5/David Moyes 9.74 per cent

6/ Eddie Howe 7.83 per cent

7/ Roberto Di Matteo 4.06 per cent

It seems therefore that Rafa is the favourite of the fans but is he a realistic target

Pretty disappointing display today against Chelski, I don't like the fact that we field a "weakened" side because they are Chelsea. You do not drop Song and Sakho and expect to get a result.
Let's hope this is a one off as I would prefer us to lose 5-0 and at least have a go.
Secondly, let's thank god we had Adrian in goal today otherwise we would have lost 5 or 6-0, at least one hammer an walk of proud of their performance.
Now let's go at Arsenal and go for the win, we can stay in fourth spots lot longer by attacking.

1.) I think bfs let the fixtures list dictate the team selection more than likely thought we are more than likely to get something from the arsenal game.
i would have preferred bfs to have played song alongside koyate downing at the top of the diamond a lot of prematch predictions were if west ham want to get something from this game we need to get the ball out wide which we did in the last 20 min hope we perform better today against the gooners

2.) Shocking displays will continue as long as we play Carroll

Drop hm and Nolan and don't renew the Allardyce contract

If anybody looks at the citeh page, apparently they are in talks with us to sign Sahko!!
Obviously I am a massive Sahko fan and would love to see him stay for a long!! BUT!! If we can do a deal where he goes at the end of the season then I would seriously consider this, either way we are in a win win situation.
If he stays then we have bought a bargain for 4.7 million, if he goes and this mugs up north want to give us 25million then that has to be considered!!

1.) He is worth more than 25m over the years of his contract, its roughly another million quid for each place finished in the league table alone! His goals are why we are 4th at the moment so for me, don't sell (that's if this rumour is true, can't see why Aguero / Dzeko aren't sufficient)

What's the news on Andy Carroll?? Personally I would like to see him and stay and play alongside Valencia and sahko, there's loads of goals to be had there with the variety of striker available. Remember that Carroll is unplayable when on his game, he just needs a bit of luck keeping injury free.

Let's go with Adrian, jenkinson, Tomkins, Reid, cresswell, song, kouyate, downing, carroll, Valencia, sakho.
Subs: Nolan, noble, demel, Collins, jussi.

1.) Sounds good to me

2.) 14 Oct 2014 09:28:55
I heard whispers that the injury is actually a part cover up and that he has actually gone to rehab for a drug addiction. We all know he loves a party

I'm not saying this is true, just whispers that are being heard

3.) R91 this was almost certainly the case last season as I heard the same news from a couple of very close sources

Jenkinson all done! Let's get another striker and I would take that for this window

Simply because I think Rice and Ogbonna paired up well toward the end of last season, at this time we need to shore up as much as we can.
I would like to see Diop come in but just get a few points on the board and gain confidence.

Cannot continue with noble and Wilshere in same team, we need legs in the middle of the park. We will continue to get overrun in the middle and leave the defence exposed, rice does not have enough pace to break up play and his better position will be centre half, I would like to see Diop and Rice as our preferred option in next few months. I like Pellegrini but I am fearful that we will continue to leak goals playing high up.

Hi guys

Not good yesterday, we have got to get Noble out of the team. He has not been good for a couple of years now and as much as he is West Ham we can not afford to be sentimental!
I thought Balbuena would be a bargain but but so far he looks slow and off the pace, why are we not using Diop?
Here is my team for Arsenal:

Oxford (sitting in front of back four)
Hernandez/ Antonio

Let’s start using Oxford, let’s us see what he can do and let him progress. Tired of hearing his potential.
Tough few games coming up and if we keep defending high we are going to get slaughtered, need to get points on the board sharpish otherwise it is going to be a long season.

Hi all

I agree with Ed, all fans should get correct info before going on the rampage and embarrassing themselves, at the end of the day it is a business and they are more entitled to get a bit on their investments, if you guys who are complaining stump up £100,000 for me as I want to start up my business, you may get your money back in 10 years but it will only be £100,000! I am sure most of you would not invest but if you do please let me know. Anyway, to go on invading pitch so that we have to play behind closed doors will certainly help us out, mindless idiots who should go and sign on instead of going to the games!

Totally agree, once all players are back we have a strong 11 which under Moyes have proved that they can compete, I think if we get to the summer and hopefully Moyes will put his stamp on the team

How about Man Utd were not that good because we did not allow them to be!
I think the biggest difference has been Obiang, he is running all over the place and has really impressed the last three games, Yarmolenko is getting better each game, it’s good that we are going to have problems getting Lanzini back in the fold if we carry on.
Will Spurs fancy it in the Carabao, the atmosphere will keep improving in the stadium if we keep playing good football and players give 100%.

I am with Chelmsford, Antonio was a good source and worked his socks off up front, he missed a couple of chances but I would also say a couple of good saves made by their keeper, normally I would be fearful about Man Utd next week but I am now thinking we can beat them and keep moving up the table.
I’d like to see Antonio, Yarmolenko and Arnie in a three pronged attack, with Antonio bullying there defenders it would open up nicely for the other two.

Little teams are always going to be up for the big games, happens year in year out! All I am worried about is the business end and scoring goals which we seem to be unable to do at moment. It is difficult and maybe we should change formation but we do have to support the manager and see what happens, we have had a tough start of fixtures and come October hopefully we will be up and running.

I have to say that I would not read too much into Sakho interview, don’t get me wrong in that I think he is a quality striker and knows where the net is but I don’t like stories coming out when they have left the club. It has been obvious that Sakho does have an attitude problem which will always prevent him becoming a great footballer.
