I see Tammy Abrahams wants to return to Chelsea from his loan at A. Villa, could we do any qorse than have a go for him if he were available? He's a goal scorer, been player of the season for Villa, aged 21, 6.3 tall, great target man and can score goals, London born lad! Good experience with Chelsea, Bristol City, Swansea, Villa, get away from the players abroad and pensioners for a change, we should at least be looking at him?

Couldn't do any worse than our current lot. Young though. I thought we only signed 30+ players.

Chelsea might not let him leave as they've got a transfer embargo, they can't get anyone in, especially if Hazard leaves as his virtually out of contract.

{Ed002's Note - Putting aside any thoughts of an "embargo", Chelsea has had a very good offer for Tammy Abraham already from another side and will talk to the player at the end of the season.}

Hammer😂😂yes bang on mate unfortunately with 30plus signings! He’s 21 with decent experience for a younger player, yes of course plenty of others but doubt if he’s going to get many starts at Chelsea but of course you never, we would however baulk at any fee Chelsea put on him I think, as reckon he could be good for the present and future? ⚒⚒⚒.

Thanks for the info Ed, I don’t keep track of all that intricate stuff, any idea who the offer was from and how much?

{Ed002's Note - Leipzig - I would rather avoid discussing the money.}

Germany has become a popular destination for young UK players so would not be suprised if he took the opportunity.

Ed, Thank you, understand👍.

{Ed002's Note - Thanks Chelmsford.

Also, in reply to Jason, you are right and there are a number of German sides looking at the English youngsters in the PL, the Under 23s and the youth sides. Bayer Leverkusen have a declared interest in Ben Cabango of Swansea, Ellis Simms of Everton and a Chelsea youngster. Bayern Munich are one of the sides keeping an eye on Wan-Bissaka and of course Hudson-Odoi. Borussia Dortmund seem to be camped out in England watching your own Declan Rice, Fulham's Matt O'Riley and Ruan Sessegnon, Ellis Simms, Phil Foden of Manchester City and a Chelsea youngster (who is also being watched by Borussia Muenchengladbach. Hoffenheim have eyes for Simms as well and Aaron Connolly of Brighton/Luton. As I said, RBL has already spoken to Chelsea about buying Tammy Abraham and loaning another player whilst Wolfsburg are also keen on Ben Cabango, the Swansea youngster. Clubs with academies of repute, e.g. West Ham and Chelsea, will find scouts from German sides at many of the games. Fortuna Düsseldorf have taken on a director who will make sure they are also well represented in England. The London clubs, such as West Ham, have the benefit of two multi-tiered lower-level clubs that have developed numerous players who have gone on to play at the highest level - Chelsea, Spurs and West Ham have always had a good relationship with one in particular (Senrab) and German sides are attending game there as well.}

It certainly didn't hurt Kevin Keegan's career ed :) from bits I've picked up on a lot of players find it not difficult to adjust to living there as there are a lot of similarities and the support that the clubs give to them .

{Ed002's Note - Like the Netherlands and Belgium, it is more forgiving than Spain or Italy as culturally it is closer and English is widely spoken. Regardless players must try and integrate by learning the language and getting involved locally where they can - in a similar way players moving to England generally do. Clubs are always supportive.}

GB at Madrid is a great example of how unforgiving it can be ( if the Spanish press are to believed ) if integration is not seen .
