Why don't whu look at Mata, Herrera and Dzecko. All good players who will do us a turn for two years, also they are rarely injured, and FREE.

{Ed002's Note - WHU have enquired after Dzeko who is certainly not free. Herrera has an offer from PSG.}

Roma want £21.5M for the 33 year old Dzeko, add in his no doubt exorbitant wages and err. No.

Mata on the other hand. Honestly? He walks straight in to our starting XI, displacing Snodgrass in any of the positions he's been deployed in this season.

We'd be mad not to at least have a go at signing Juan Mata - ok his wages'll be steep but hopefully we'll be shipping out quite a few of the deadwood high earners this summer, so that'll offset things a bit.
