What’s your thoughts on Fredricks. The last two games I have read most reports some are good some not so. I watched the game Monday night and yes he started nervously but I thought he grew into the game. Yesterday I read when he gets home he will find Saha in his pocket other reports say get Zaba on ASAP. What’s your opinion.

Not yesterday he didn’t. I think he’s a way off both confidence and full match fitness it will come, he also hasn’t got the tactical Nous of Zabletta, , but there’s no way I would want to part with him this summer, he has to learn positioning of a full back is all not all about bombing forward as a winger IRONMIKE.

I too thought he was decent on Monday. But yesterday from just watching the highlights there were moments he was completely lost and looked out of his depth.
I hope they keep him and give home more cameo roles and his confidence will hopefully grow. There have been a few players in the past that never got a look in at first. I’m thinking Antonio and Bale at spuds. I know he isn’t in Bales league but hopefully will come good with time.

I was at the London Stadium Monday and watched the whole of the game yesterday I thought he did OK in both games maybe could have done better for the Zaha goal but then so could have Snodgrass understandably not up to full match fitness after the long lay off

As an aside there is of course Sam Byron to come back at the end of the season be interesting to see if he has improved.

Saha is a good player who gives many fullbacks a torrid time. I wouldn’t judge too quickly, he needs to get a run of games, settle, and he will play against a lot less tricky quick players than Saha.

His pace was enough in the Championship. You need more than that in the Prem. I think he could be good enough to learn and become a very good right back, but his decision making and positioning must improve.
