Is there any truth in the reasoning behind Arnie wanting to move to China is due to him being in huge amounts of debt due to poor investments by him and his brother on his behalf?

If so, I personally don't hate Arnie, he didn't pull out of the squad, it was Pelle's decision to drop him because of what's happening. He was also stated as training hard and remaining professional.

I honestly think he's obviously not the smartest bloke, and his brother has basically misguided him and managed him poorly with bad intentions. I think, as he's under contract with us, West Ham should offer him counselling and support to get himself out of this debt. Show some humanity gents, he's a human being at the end of the day.

Carroll on the other hand, he's a donkey, get him out!

If he has genuine psychological issues I would object to him getting counselling but financial issues on the money he is on. Please!
He only has himself to blame. He was great the second half of last season but it seems if he is not the top man at the club he throws his toys out the pram like a petulant child.

If he has genuine MH issues the club should support him.
One symptom of a lot of MH issues is an inability to manage finances so maybe the club *should* step in and help in the short term?
