Just seen Burke's gone to Hull for £1.5m, they might as well have given him away, ok he hasn't exactly played much for us, but has some good on loan experience, would have thought maybe £3 or £4m would seem more worthwhile letting him go for? Also be disappointed if Antonio goes, With all the imports coming in, we don't really know if they'll settle?

I don't know why they didn't loan Burke out for the silly money sold him for, just hope it does not come back to bite us.

The deal has a sell on percentage clause in it apparently, so if they sell him for £15m one day we would get the £3m that we would value him at now (assuming its 20%) .
I rated Burke, he never really performed badly for us when he played. However, he never showed true prem quality like Rice has, and that is the quality of player MP is after. Correct move to let him move on, if he comes good one day we will have a 20% discount on him haha!

Burke isn't imo a premiership player as too why he's been given away and not sold lol no all joking aside he would have been found out against majority of prem teams and if needed I for one wouldn't have been confident of him doing the job but I think he's found his level and good luck to him because he's even come out and said good things about WHUFC which is refreshing for a player to come out and not slag off their former club.
