Chaps, would it be worth going for Ings as a squad player as we still haven't replaced Ayew or Sakho we brought in Hugill but didn't use him so would Ings be a better replacement, I know we're trying to get some maybe bigger names through the door and hopefully that will still happen, but thought Ings would be a good squad player, just a thought lads.

I would love Danny Ings but we are too busy looking abroad at other cheaper options from abroad?

With his injury record not sure he’d be much better than Carroll?

Stevie, only trouble without being negative mate is, he’s another potential crock to sit on the treatment table earning £50,000k a week or whatever. I hope we should have learned our lesson of signing injury prone players! Would rather us go for players that are at least injury free at the time of signing! There are plenty out there with Premiership experience that come to mind who i’m sure MP with his experience and drawing power can persuade to come to us!

Hear what you're saying chaps but Lanzini could be out for 15 months, will we then say we don't want him back because of his injury record?

Stevie, see what your saying and its a good point to make, but it’s still different from signing a player already injury prone that you are prepared to take a chance on when there are plenty of non injured players to choose from!

Lanzini has come out and said he's looking at between 6-8 months as surgery went very well and not what's being rumoured stevie66.
