Can't believe people on here want to see Moyes replaced for the next 3 games the Pearce. Pearce does not have a tactical brain . Everywhere he has managed he has been let down by his tactical awareness. Please please not Pearce anywhere near the managers role. Things are looking bleak, the joys of supporting the Hammers. Still hold out hope that we will just survive but the worry about next season within the current regime. COYI.

Corby, and Moyes does have a tactical brain does he? Well it’s all about what we see in fairness so I respect your opinion. The perceived perception was Brooking in charge with Pearce as his sidekick, is that any different as with Moyes and Pearce at the moment? Evra signed, he’s nearly as old as me, chosen ahead of Masuako😠 Hugill £9m and not even given a chance😠Arnie on his own running his arse off, he gave his boots away after the game to a young fan, what does that say? He talked a good game to get the job, but he’s now found wanting! And I was a lesser critic of him when he was first installed as Manager, I thought some blogs on here were really nasty about him, but can now see their scepticism has become a reality!

Chelmsford don't get me wrong I don't think Moyes is the answer but Pearce is certainly not a manager to take us forward (although that is not such a bid step at present) . Peace may have passion but no technical ability. If he gets the role we will get as many points as his technical ability and that is nil. I for one have been a long suffering fan but the last two years have been the worst that I can remember. Big wages for little endeavour along with fake news and signings from the board. I don't want to see us go down but sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward . but let's hope this is still in the prem next year when we can start with maybe renewed optimisium but that means a summer of investment and this ain't going to happen.

So how do we change this in the summer? Manager is the first priority me thinks and then replacing players. I like Robbie Reid and Aiden Flint from Bristol City and full backs I'd have Ryan Fredericks to start with. We clearly need a clear out up front. Hughill not happy so he can go as can Andy Carroll and Chicharito (who doesn't want to be here after getting a pay day) swap with Dwight Gayle and cash at Newcastle. Byram can go along with Winston Reid and Zabaletta and Evra (too old and too slow) . Ginge can go aswell as OGBONNA and I'd keep Rice only and develop the kid. Midfield well NOBLE can go, along with Obiang, Kouyate and Antonio amd start fresh over.

Not sure who I would have as manager but we have to be realistic if we stay up or go down! UNAI EMRY? NAhhhhhhhh. Marco Silva? Maybe.

Goodness Phil what a clear out, maybe those under 9 you were on about showed some promise :)
