HI fellas WH making exception it seems in scouting in this case OK. Okay Yosuku MDF Trabonspor seems we are interested regardless of current situation. As you know Moyes has been asked by the board to stay on whatever BUT he's now considering. The situation again after this fiasco Personally it's clear he's nothing to do with it and we must all be honest with each other no he's far from a messiah BUT apart from Pardew and the usual band of old hat who wants to take on WH? It's becoming a poison chalice! IRONMIKE.

Nobody because of the board and until they go nothing will change no matter who the manager is and sooner or later people WILL start and stay away and the numbers will slowly but surely drop if they aren't already. People out here work hard to raise the money to go and watch this overpaid shower of rubbish and the board know this is a money making exercise. You think they moved us so we can challenge the top 6 teams and bring more quality players in? Of course they didn't. They moved us so they could MAKE MONEY for as long as they can and to hell with what we want! Every window we hear rumours about what the board intend to do and its all smokescreens because they have no intentions of doing anything else but PONDER, MULL, CONDISER and think about what to do. In the meantime the press is full of speculation and then we find out that a team who wants 18m euro's has been offered 4m with payments to follow. Hardly any wonder the fans get upset and realistically (although I don't condone it) how else are the fans supposed to express themselves?

We all know what SHOULD happen. In my opinion, before a clear-out of players in the summer, we need a clear-out of the owners and manager. In a perfect world, DGS should sell their controlling interest to someone who has the club's best interest at heart, not just lining their own pockets. A new owner would likely appoint a new manager who would decide which players stayed and which players would go. I don't agree with Mike that West Ham United is becoming a poison chalice. Moyes has got part responsibility for the current situation. He has to go. I imagine there are plenty of decent managers who would gladly take on the West Ham management challenge, as long as they get a decent contract and a chance to build. Until that happens, we are stuck in a rut. Unfortunately, I can't see that happening while DGS are making money.

{Ed002's Note - What money do you think they are taking out of the club? Who is this buyer? The problem is simply interference in transfers. They need a director of football. Why they don’t need the fans doing what they are doing unless they want a points deduction.}

If you read my post, I said "in a perfect world. "
Can't agree that it's simply a case of interference. It's a reluctance to part with money that also plays a part. Just introducing a director of football will not solve the problem on its own. The owners must be willing to pay for players.
DGS made money for themselves by selling the real estate at Upton Park and if Mike is to be believed, they will eventually aim to make money by buying the London Stadium and selling it on at a nice little profit.

{Ed002's Note - What are you talking about - what money? Do you think they can simply give the club funds for transfers? You clearly have zero understanding about the finances - you won't embarrass yourself further if you don't talk about it anymore.}

Sorry Ed002, ....................

{Ed002's Note - You have absolutely zero grasp about the running of a football club at all. Complete and utter nonsense.}

ed is spot on the problem with sullivan is he's a control freak and needs to remove himself from any transfer dealings because it's his way or the highway and that's not how football works and eds bang on right. coyi.

{Ed002's Note - So I promised some additional information:
- West Ham are actively seeking to recruit an experienced person to take over all football operations (effectively a Director of Football but he may not be called that) and he will take control of transfers and he may well shake up the scouting set up - if board agree.
- The negotiations to increase the capacity of the stadium for football games got a major hit with what happened over the past couple of weeks and they are now expecting that in the short-term capacity might actually be reduced for security reasons.
- The club think that they will likely be charged Friday night or on Monday and are expecting a significant fine and potentially being forced to close stand in front of Directors box for the rest of the season – or perhaps permanently.
- The money for the sale of the old stadium was used to clear external bank loans and also to contribute to the new stadium updates for football.
- The club accept that they over-egged expectations with the move to new stadium as estimated financial figures were higher than reality and based on full occupancy being allowed.
- The fans forum is not working due to factions in one supporters club simply not open to listening or dialogue whereas another group try to be more constructive. As such WHU may look to a Liverpool type model and recruit someone as liaison.
- The club understand that there is an issue with commercial and sponsorship revenue, which although leaping up is lower than perhaps it could be – although candidly they are aware that it is a tough sell for what is still a rather unattractive club and it just gets tougher with the sort of events they are seeing now.
- The club are also looking for ways with Newnham Council to make the long walk to the stadium feel more like a walk to a game, but the Council won't allow any temporary markets and if they were to make exceptions there would be significant costs as it would be covered by the same agreements they have with long-term traders under the Council's control.}
