I think everyone is losing sight off the original comments made by the Porto manager, he was only questioning the late transfer bids before the window closed, saying West Ham did not make any last minute bids and that Porto did not offer the player too late for a medical.
What the delboy brothers have done is deflect the main subject by talking about what they want to talk about and discussing and showing evidence of the original bids in August, but that's not the point, but for the West Ham fans it does show us one thing.

We can now see why we don't get many of these players that we go in for, 8m upfront for a 40m rated player, that's just an insult.

They want to get players on the cheep and yes that's business, but don't expect clubs to sell their good players for peanuts, the owners are a couple of East end wheeler dealers which might be good for the porn industry and underwear, but not for running a premier league football club.

Are you talking about carvalho here? I only ask because he plays for sporting Lisbon not Porto. I may have misunderstood though.
