I personally reckon get rid of billic as he's clueless what to do now and never has a plan b and I would like us to get harry redknapp back with Di canio as his number 2 they both know how passionate us fans are and harry brought through some great players when he was in charge joe cole, carrick ferdy etc and he also got the best out of di canio when know one else would touch him and when he through his toys out the pram he knew how to act towards him and he could get the best out of arnie in that respect and bring in rio for defensive coaching sure that would sort them out.

Ive been a long time supporter of SB and have come to his defense for quite some time now. But I can finally say it is time for a change. There was no drive in any of the players on Saturday. Nobody wanted to compete out there it was utterly pathetic. Sure players need to hold some accountability but if a manager can not instill a competitiveness in our squad then he has lost the dressing room and we need to move forward.

Still grateful for Slav but its time for a new face and a fresh start/ attitude. We need to bring in some new players but first fix what is wrong with what we currently have. I just want us to make sure we have someone lined up before we let him walk.
