I see Everton I close to completing their next transfer. how are they so efficient and we're not? I don't understand.

Remember Everton are using a stack full of cash recouped from transfers. Are their new recruits going to replace lukaku and Barkley!
Don't need a director of football just a good chief scout which is exactly what Leicester have in Walsh.

Had surely . Am I mistaken in saying that Steve Walsh is now at . Everton! But you are right, a more professional recruitment setup is surely needed. If the mistakes are down to David Sullivan's ego he will have to accept any consequences. On another note does anyone know what is happening regarding a replacement for Angus Kinnear?
