Spot on Mike. They always air our business in the public domain, we are always chasing players of the calibe of Lionel Messi but end up with Lionel Blair. We all love our club but just announce deals when completed so unprofessional COYI.

Totally agree, if you look at my other post, that's part of the problem with transfers. They tell you who they're aiming for. As a manager myself, you keep these things in house, and only announce when you have something to announce. Keep it quiet DGS!

All of this is true you could write a book of how many targets we are after its the same this morning they are saying we want kone of sundeand and if we get jokanovic as manager we could get dembele, why can't they trust bilic and be more sensible with targets and not chase messi calibre players. iron mike we appreciate all the info you tell us and the honesty what is going on with are beloved club.

ADVISORS, don't be silly, they are advising everybody else,!, THEY do listen, BUT eventually do what they see as to be the right thing, WE have scouts, BUT they are nearly all freelance, the execs are there for fiscal matters not football matters SO who is between Bilic and DGS ONLY, Tony the ex Everton man, who frankly is very overrated, BUT that's my own opinion, and frankly I don't know what he does for his salary, he sends scouts here and there, and apparently does very little hands on himself, this is a very important part of the club, and there is no way we have this right at present, regards IRONMIKE.

Spot on IRONMIKE. We've been screaming about the same old things for how long? We desperately need to review our player recruitment process and the scouting and a Director of football is needed.
