So, David Moyes has two games to get results OR the West Ham support will turn on him at the London Stadium according to evening standard (so obviously the fans are happy). MOYES says he is preparing for next season and Perry Groves thinks the board will give moyes till the end of the season? Make of this what you will, but don't expect moyes to be gone anytime soon

Moyes will NOT be sacked. Why would the board do it? They may if we get relegated, but if not, no chance. The football is not exciting, yet there are worse teams than us. Behind the scenes Moyes has evidently done a good job, again, he won't be sacked. If we were to win in Europe, everyone will stop moaning and say he's done a fair job. Jose thought it an important tournament to win for Roma, and if its good enough for one of the most successful managers in history, then it's certainly good enough for us. Stop winging people, and try and support the team for a change. I assume you are all going this evening?

We looked pretty good for the first 17 minutes.

We are beyond rubbish. I'm never one to want us to lose but if defeat tonight facilitates Moyes departure then so be it. As for WHO we bring in? It doesn't really matter, quite literally ANYONE would be better.

FIVE defenders and a DM, at home, to Brentford and we're still losing 0-2. As far as I'm concerned, the tenure of David Moyes at this club is beyond untenable and anyone who thinks otherwise, probably also thought that Liz Truss did a bang up job of things.

Er, Billy, the last time I checked, football matches last for a minimum of 90 minutes.
Moyes will be gone by the end of January, if not a lot sooner.

What? Do you think I was saying to sack him at HT?

I won't be surprised to see him being our manager when conference league starts again

0-2 is flattering us. Toney should really have had a hat-trick. We're all over the shop here, it's painful to watch and it just ain't going to get any better anytime soon.

Moyes offensive tactics in one sentence: Slowly get it out wide, cross it to their CBs, rinse and repeat.

Yes failed to even capitalise for a consolation gosl when Toney off injured.

"What? Do you think I was saying to sack him at HT?"
Of course not, Billy. I mean we have to be good for a lot longer than 17 minutes as matches last for at least 90 minutes!
If tonight's performance doesn't convince the board we have the wrong bloke in charge, then nothing will. They can't be waiting for the Rice sale as his value will be priced in on any club valuation. It's time to act before the situation becomes irretrievable. Moyes OUT!

Keep an eye on Michael Carrick. He’s a name that has recently cropped up.

If he goes, who would take over and they don't want to give him.a nice payout. Problem here is that every game he remains in charge is 1 less for an incoming manager. I'd like rafa benitez. He has managed in championship, brought toon up and they loved him till he fell out woth Ashley?

Antonio is being taught long throw even as we speak; in desperate Moyes measures - aerial bombardment is his new secret weapon (as the French say "Plus Ca Change?").
