I’ve seen this being reported as well.

Unfortunate as he’s a quality talent, but we don’t need any players that don’t want to play for us. If that’s his attitude, then thank him for his service and wish him the best of luck.

It's a strange one maybe it's a ploy by his agent to try get a better deal or he's been tapped up.

I do remember talk of him being offered scholarship level wages.

Either way youd think his best option would be to stay here and fight for the RB spot it seems like both johnson and Frederick's are injury prone.

Hes been at West Ham since he was 14 we don't want to keep him if he has decided to leave. But i do think he is a disgrace to leave WH now he has played in our 1st tean. The good news is we don't need people of his calibre and loyalty.

I'm sick and tired of greedy little rubbishs that are led on by even greedier agents West Ham offered £5k a week that's a quarter of a million a year for a teenager or about the same as 8 corona virus Nurses get I know who I can do wothout

Jeremy just needs to remember Rees Oxford and quin a neither of which can get a first team start.

Let’s be honest, Ngakia appears to be more than a decent talent, yet I understand why everyone appears he is greedy. If we have offered him £5k per week, surely a bonus system could be built in? A decent bonus system. Games played, goals, clean sheets, appearances accrued etc. This way everyone wins. The alternative is to call his bluff and say goodbye and sell him to someone up north. Then he’ll realise what he’s given up.

Just because the club wants to tie him down now doesn’t mean he has to. I don’t see that makes him greedy, or wanting away. If I was him and had a couple of first team games I would probably want to wait till season end and see what the clubs plans are for me. What if he signs and then we buy an international defender and he drops down to third choice and his chances of getting game time become non existent. Why rush for him?

We are all guessing regarding wages we don't know the bottom to the top of a wage structure including bonuses, match appearances, but if it's about money at his age then we've got problems, I ain't going to guess at 18 years of age I'd be buzzing just being around the first team and playing also it's probably a greedy agent telling him we've got west ham in a corner and we will get what we want but SULLY although I don't like the way he sometimes makes our transfer targets public, but he ain't earn over £500 million from being a clown though sometimes acts like one anyway if it's about money he's played more 1st team games than OXFORD did but could end up sitting on the bench keeping it warm just like him we shall see if he's got west ham in his heart I do understand we all try and get as much money as possible but this is what's gone wrong in football agents and players demanding far to much money because they are on a big percentage but come on get your nut down for a couple of years then the money will take care of itself if he shines which I believe he has definitely got the ability but hey ho we shall see. COYI.
