Hi Noel

I saw that first reporting from Sky Italia and now on the Skysports site, what I can not see is any mention of a transfer fee!

Im unsure a player is allowed to agree terms with another club if under contract and not been given permission by his club to do so. Unless WH have given him permission!

Mike any news on this?

does say its loan with option to buy but hammers will only entertain a permanent move.
