ROW breaks out at WH, AS MP accuses Arnautovics brother of running around trying to conjure offers which unsettle WH plans, whilst we all know this is going on, this is the first time that MP is consulting David Sullivan on this matter. IRONMIKE.

Arnie is under contract, so as far as I'm concerned his brother can do one!

Just seen what his brother said on talk sport.

The only reason he would go to China is for money nothing to do with winning a title.

We should not be held to ransom if he wants to sulk and force through a move like Payet did he can but in the reserves, dock his wages when applicable too. With no possibility of transfer till the summer, damaged wage and lack off football how quickly would his attitude change? Or is he going to be 100% committed as his brother said he wohld be for the arsenal game.

It would be nice to see a club take a stance on player power but the above is unlikely as too much money at stake.

They can double their offer and maybe we will think about it, they have the money there so the only silly offer we should accept is at least double there current insulting offer.

We can never compete with the wage offer but perhaps he is angling for an improved contract.

Guys as. I mentioned last week here in Cheshire we are surrounded by Stoke fans, many are saying that once Arnie looks elsewhere he sulks until he gets his way. We shouldn’t be surprised as he acted that way with Stoke when we turned his head, part and parcel of quality these days seems to be a lack of class! We’d miss him but for how long? We got over Payet, Defoe, Cole and Lampard and we’ll get over Arnautavic .

If he wants the money then let him go, he has done us well and the money would be very very good for the clubs future . I for one would not hold it against him .

Not for 30-35m. If they can get close to doubling that then yeah get rid but January is not the best time to reinvest.

2 ridiculous things about his brothers comments.
1. He claims we apparently got him for "peanuts", which therefore by his own admission Arnie was worth £35m+ when we bought him. So why does he think £31m is going to buy him now, when West Ham (credit Moyes) has made him FAR more valuable than he was then. Minimum £50m.

2. He states that we bought him to keep us in the league. Incorrect, we bought him at the start of the season with ambitions to push for top half of table and Europe. Arnie was PART of the problem at the start of that season. (Credit Arnie for his performances under Moyes though)

At the end of the day he left Stoke because they were going down and they played dire football under Hughes, so West Ham WAS a step up, especially now MP is here. China is not, and it would be laughable for a player of his quality to go there now, it is a place top players go when they are 33+. He can stay in the big leagues for 2 more years and STILL get a big contract in China. If a CL team came in for an acceptable fee i would understand, but CHINA!

Who is ARNIE brother 2 bit bob tool that's what's wrong with football agents thinking they call the shots. we have to stand firm on this one regarding the price as I will always stick by my principles if a player doesn't want to be here then get rid, but for the right money. we paid £25 mill and his brother expects us to take a £10mill profit yeah right we are in pole position I'm afraid not his 2 bob brother cheeky mothers.

We can’t complain. He forced his way out of Stoke to join us.

Agree, wouldn't hold it against him. Its his decision and he has done us great. I think he is great, but inconsistent and a flamboyant personality to manage.
With the money we SHOULD get for him MP could invest in a younger striker like Gabigol AND someone else (who could score more than 14 goals in a season) .
His brother though is a clown. Who handles things this way, going to Talksport and giving a statement like that. I don't believe Arnie wants to go to China, i think its a tactic for them to alert bigger clubs to the fact that they want to go to play in the CL, and they are trying to get bids. This would explain the ludicrously low offer, to encourage teams to come in and get a bargain.

Who cares, he wants to go. Get 50m for him and then try for pity Martinez (boca) or Luan from gremio? SA footballer of years last 2 years running and both still young.
Would rather we bought a youngster and developed as these 'superstars' only seem to use us to boost profile and then leave.

Personally think we are a little far off being completely free of the big boys nicking our players so take as much money as poss every time we can.

How can we pick him to play tomorrow it's impossible I'm sick to death of footballers thinking they are in charge and can move when THEY say what's the point in contracts and regarding RICE I don't think he'd jump ship yet as I think he's quite loyal and speaks well but ARNIE I'm afraid it's bye bye. COYI.

Agree whorya14. Rice has his head screwed on and knows he needs a couple more years. Arnie on the other hand doesn't have that luxury. More annoyed that he wants to go to a tin pot league, genuinely wouldn't have cared if he went to a decent European club that could win trophies but a Chinese club just reeks of greed.
