So Arnie or his brother are saying he wants to leave to play champions league, or is it money, I think it's money as I've read he wants a new contract worth £200k a week, if he really wants go to a team that's playing champions league he would reject any amount that West ham offer him.

Agreed. All of the fuss was just the opening gambit of a mega-salary request.

As I’m sure Pelle has told him, he will simply not get the time on the pitch or the adulation elsewhere.

Even with Arnie staying, we still need a reliable goal scorer in January to back him up. Hernandez, Perez and Carroll, for whatever reason, aren’t up to it, so should be shipped out.

If he leaves, we’ll need two.

He is capable of playing in most teams that would compete in Euro competitions, he is worth £200k by today’s standards, but will he get the love at another club, but is he only interested in the money, can’t blame him if that’s the case, too good to be wasted with us! Hell of a job replacing him with anybody remotely capable of terrorising the opposition as he does😢we must ensure we absolutely capitalise on his fee to the maximum possible whatever that may be? Think £50m would be a starting point for me, he is bloody priceless!
