This guy should be pushed for to cover Lanzini as he's a shot to nothing.

He either comes in and performs and we keep him, or we sell him on amd turn a profit as he's under contract.

Plus in the short term the signing on fee/ agent fee is probably akin to what we could make on Snodgrass, or certainly on Antonio (and we get a squad upgrade into thr bargain) .

I don’t get it. We now have an abundance of attacking options. Everyone is agreed that perhaps we need another DMF but are now asking for a AM.
I agree this deal would be a snip but we can only stretch funds so far and need to stick to a realistic budget.
If we did need more attacking options, I would suggest it would be another Centre forward. If Arnautovic is injured we would be in some difficulty with Carroll already sidelined. Chicarito the last I heard wanted out. Are we not being a bit naughty here? For once in 3 years, the board are spending and spending on players Pellegrini wants. Let’s settle down and let them do the business and wait for the chips to fall wherever they may.
