Hi fellas, Pellegrini style 442, Or 4231 his favourite free flow football great IF you have the quality of Man City Errrr WH DONT, Fonseca Strong back four. Errr. 68 goals conceded midfield three destroyers, and playmakers, Kouyate Noble Errr? Emery strong at back? Short passing triangles and pressing pressing. Pressing ? There's an old saying You can't make asilk purse out of a sows ear ANY of these people will make lots of changes Emery has worked on tight budgets before, so he knows what to do unfortunately not in English though Nobody wants success at WH more than me But this is a leap into the dark Sullivan will make himself a Hero or the Villian with this call we must all hope he gets it right IRONMIKE

Hi Mike, I know you said a few days ago that Fonseca has said no, I've also just read that he has turned us down or could that be a smoke screen and is he waiting for his season to finish, Emery is a good manager I just hope it's not Dick Emery.

I would have none of the above, I would go with the Derby Manager, why do we have to have some kind of foreign big name?

We are going no where in the Prem mid table at best, so why not take a gamble on a young hungry manager who is out to prove and would relish a chance at a big club, instead of a name no one can spell ( saying that I had to google Rowett)

If the worse comes to the worse than make a change but at least give it a try

The so called smaller clubs in the Prem need to change there way of thinking meaning try something new, someone eager and fresh, after all if all of the names above mess up at WH they know they will be off for another massive pay day,

Someone starting their managerial career may have a bit more passion, a bit of rawness about them. we can't do any worse than we did last season other than go down, time for a change in thinking rather than the usual suspects to manage our club

Yes I know. risk of going down and all that. but surely there must be a point of trying something different rather than the usual relegation or mid table dross we get season after season.

I don't know chaps but something is telling me it could be someone who's been an assistant at a big club, i. e. Burvac (Liverpool), or Faria (Man Utd), I think they are both looking to get a managers job somewhere, I just don't know but Sullivan's got to get it right.

West Ham have let David Moyes go as they seek a Higher Calibre MANAGER? Remember these words and let's just see who we end up with. What about BFS after all else fails which will take most of the summer.

Only question I have Mike is are any of the names in the public domain genuinely interested?

Other than maybe Pellegrini, we seem a big come down for all of them.

I can still see us bargain basementing this in the same way we did with Slav after BFS left.

Lots of big talk and dreams but no delivery.

The first thing a new overseas manager would ask at the interview is what is your transfer budget.
END OF INTERVIEW

so like to thank David Moyes and his team for what he done for West Ham iin the short time he was here and hope he gets another club quickly. A club who appreciates his talents and work ethic more than West Ham.
