Hi chaps hope you're all well, Do we know if Moyes is definitely staying on for next season, if not then who's next for the hot seat, Benitez whose position is not that clear, Emery who is leaving PSG, these are two names we were strongly linked with in the past, just thought I would put it out there to see what everyone's response is and to see who they would want if Moyes doesn't stay on.

If West Ham are relegated, I’d keep David Moyes as manager, I honestly believe he would build a squad with heart, drive and determination. A squad with great foundations that we could build upon long term.

However, if West Ham remain in the Premier League. I don’t think David Moyes is the right man to take us forward. I think he would play it too safe, and simply do his best to keep us in the league. I think we are at a point in the clubs history whereby we really need to be looking to the future, even with the chuckle brothers in charge. Personally Emery would be my number one choice to replace Moyes, he built a solid reputation in Spain and I like the style of football his teams play, they work hard, they’re creative and they like to excite. Exactly the kind of football I want to be watching, exactly the type of football players want to play, exactly the type of football that would take us up a level.

Moyes will stabilise us but only in Prem, championship is a different kettle of fish, if the wprst come to worse Moyes will not take us out of championship and would last 6 months IM0, he is a steady no frills manager who would at a push maybe top ten prem, but championship with the physically and demands of matches is a diffent ball game, you would need a mansger whosr been thete seen it done it, Houghton, Bruce Dyshe Warnock among a few, let's not kid ourself we are where we are because we derserve it, board fault manager players fault it does not matter, some of manager names being thrown about is pie in sky,

Warrington, like you we see a lot of pipe dream wants, whether players or managerial! I cannot see any point in dreaming! It’s wait and see who is abavailable for whatever situation, we are in stark limbo at the moment! However of the Managers you mentioned, pending availability, I would have any of them, above Moyes, purely on past record, but unsure about Warnock, has said on TV he wouldn’t want Management in the Premier league, but I assume that excluded Cardiff? A few seasons ago we all remember Leicester were apparently dead and buried then won their last 6 games to survive, fantastic resurgence under Nigel Pearson! They impressed me so much a seaso;or 2 later, I put £20 on them in November to win the title at 110/ 1 and won £2,200, many people ridiculed the possibility, so never say never until its mathematicall either possible or not to be relegated! Saw on BBC text we could be in for Mawson and Dunk, they would do me, don’t want foreign imports unless they have already played here! Can see us getting well beaten on Sunday, don’t think Guardiola does lettting his team relax on the winning streek, just hope we keep the score down to some respectability with a creditable performance from all the team, no walking around like Mario against Arsenal!

For me if we stay up the question is is Moyes good enough to take us further than Bilic did with Payet

Whilst I think he would be good enough for mid table he won't get us into Europe I would like us to try and get Walter Sari currently at Napoli. It's worth reading his managerial history he's done it at all levels and according to the press has a £7M buy out clause in his comtract

If we are relegated it's either a tried and tested Warnock type or somebody up and coming Kevin Nolan perhaps.

Maybe people need to realise we are only a top 10 team this year nowhere near that so if we stayed up and finish 10th next year a big improvement.

The posistion dosnt lie, we are awful again this season, I would gladly take a 10th place finish next year and some stability! Not this relegation fodder crap, we are not safe yet, stoke pick up another point, Southampton not giving up, Swansea same, I do fear that we will not get any more points this season, but as allways I support the team COYIS!

I agree with jasonb, can’t see us getting another
point, this isn’t looking good for us I have
thought for a while that fat sam will be relishing
the fact he could relegate us on last day.

Huddersfield got hard fixtures them dropping in could save us. Also leicester got hammered today they got nothing to play for could be the game to pick up points.

Fortunately Swansea lost today and now have to play Bournemouth away followed by Saints and Stoke at Home

Gonna be a very interesting last hour of the season Don't think The Baggies can catch us and the three clubs above can't win every game

Huddersfield have 3 very hard games I'm thinking we may just be lucky enough to end up out of the bottom 3.
