Hi fellas loads of nonsense flying about on our club DS finances although the monies talked about are a fortune in the lives of our supporters these types of avoidance issues are everyday in the world of business and means nothing to our club Next Bamba WH have at present dropped out whilst Inter and Anderlrcht move in Scouts have watched Igor I Coronado at Palermo there is almost nothing tangible happening for all the obvious reasons so newspapers are inventing stories we are going to need some points first then we can get talking On Moyes 6 players to keep it will be no surprise that Rice is on that list IRONMIKE.

I wonder how a team in this much trouble can have a manager telling 85% of his team they are not good enough to play for him and that they will all be replaced if they stay up. I am sorry but for anyone with a ounce of clue about management knows Moysey is just as big a problem as the players if not bigger because he doesn't motivate them and give them confidence but quite the opposite going by what have been said for weeks about him keeping only 5-6 players next season, his ego is massive considered he has never achieved anything in his Managerial career other than getting sacked left, right and center. I fear for West Ham.

Nostradamus, you are making a very valid point on your post. It will do no players confidence any good if he knows he is on the “out list” unless it suits him? The only thing I can say say which may sound perverse is, does Moyes think that this might actually motivate some players to prove him wrong? Also Moyes did have an 11 year stint at Everton without being sacked! I will say however if we had the luxury of choosing managers before he was offered the job, he wouldn’t have been my choice, but beggars can’t be choosers, simple as that? Some fans appear in my opinion to be deluded about our club, we have done nothing for years, got great supporters, pay big wages, but we are are losers unfortunately. Big, big, changes needed at board level to revitalise the club before it’s to late, lack of ambition by the board as long as the £££ is roiling in. How I envy the likes of even Burnley what an inspiration Dyche is on a shoestring budget, also Brighton, Palace, Swansea all playing far better than us collectively! Motivation throughout the club needed, it’s been a holiday camp it seems to me for far to long, to many on the “gravy train”.

Gt read and and I agree with Chelmsfod views I think WH has been to much of a gravy train and I also agree that Moyes is trying to motivate the players by telling them that they are not playing to their potential Look at Snoddy at A/ Villa a complete different player than what he was at WH I also agree that if they don't shape up a good clear out is is needed. We don't need another manager let him sink or swim but atleast give him a chance. We need a strong manager who is not afraid to tell a player he's needs to improve or look for another club. If players are not good enough then get rid of them but don't look at the players only let's look at the plonkers who brought them to our club. I also like to remind the owners that they might own the club but without supporters they have club.

Concerning Moyes, at the beginning of March I had a heart ablation and my Surgeon was a massive Everton fan, according to this surgeon apparently (and I do not remember) Everton one season had a disastrous start to the season and Moyes could not pinpoint the reason, as the players looked miserable and just didn't seem interested even at the start of season, they bought in a sports physiologist which was a good friend of this surgeon and apparently it was Moyes own body language and how miserable he also seemed to be which was rubbing off on certain players,

Moyes was informed of this and he started to lighten up which in turn saw results improve and they went on the have a good season,

Obviously this could be total rubbish but could it actually be Moyes and the way he goes about things and how he treats players could be relaying itself back to the players in a negative way, especially if he constantly telling players to improve all the time, of course not main reason but he does come across as a miserable git and it could be a factor.!

Lets hope Moyes in Florida got to know his players a little personally, rather than walk around looking like his lost a tenner and found a penny.

I think to be truthful Tony gale speak sense when he says our entire squad needs a complete overhaul and he is absolutely right EXCEPT our manager needs the financial backing to go after the players HE wants and he needs to be supported. I see in the rumours today Norwich City are understood to want £25million for James Maddison to depart the club this summer! Which means that we will probably offer about £3.27 with payments spread over the next 20 years. I would also suggest we go get Cairney £25m from Fulham and a holding defensive midfielder in Dendoncker at £20m. That's a cool £70m to start with. We can sell most of the squad for about 10p and start over with hungry talented young players and offload those that have under performed for far to long. I would keep edmilson fernandes and Asanovich and the rest would be offloaded.

i can't even think about players at the moment because if we don't beat saints and stoke i'm afrail our premiership status is is almost done depending on other results because palaces run in is the easiest of all down the bottom and all the people thinking or dreaming city will have rapped up title and advanced through further in champions league are barking up the wrong tree because 1,pep doesn't like losing and 2,a patched up team with 5 or 6 first teamers would beat us the way we are performing. coyi.
