Hi fellas OK back to football WELL by now you have all read through the accounts it proves to you all two basic things the first is we cannot. Compete Financially with the top six clubs BUT we CAN compete successfully. Around 7/ 10 which I had already said IF IF IF we can survive Moyes has now been told AS he requested And if he stays he will have a minimum of 60 m possibly 75m PLUS ALL SALES to spend with the amount of exits he has planned this could rise very considerably it's all on ice at present there's a surprise for STUBBO here Lanzini is NOT on his definite keepers list IRONMIKE.

So Lanzini not on Moyes keepers list, who has he earmarked no flair players but solid professionals with average ability.

Mark my words everyone Moyes wants will make us into a team dullier than under big scam, if we stay up and he brings in who he wants, granted we will not be in a relegation battle next year, but prepare yourself to be bored to tears wirh his style of play.

I did say when he first got the job and everyone was bigging him up after Chelsea match, how long would it take fans get on his back, well he has grace until end of season but I guarentee once he has got hos type of player in the football will not be pretty and the fans will turn as they did with big scam.

I’m happy to sit on the fence and wait and see as to what Moyes will do, playing flair football ( have we seen much of that the last few years ) and being in the relegation zone year after year is not fun . Dull football but with a real chance of a secure future and top ten finishes is appealing but dull .

Just sitting here musing new players would love this team if we stay up

Adrian

Fredrick's rice Mawson. Cress

Carvalho. Dendonker

Antonio. Lanzini. Arnie

Hernandez/ new striker

Cud upgrade cress but it's 4 new players who are obtainable and would leave us with a good bench.

". Lanzini is NOT on his definite keepers list IRONMIKE".

Then who is?

Just musing but could Moyes be looking to cash in on Lanzini?
If we get an offer of 50-70m (which is possible in today's crazy market) I would sell him and move Arnie central.

Arnautovic will probably attract bigger offers than Lanzini and will be more difficult to retain. Moyes doesn't want to fight to keep Lanzini, but he wants Harry Arter and Jordan Hugill. Do me a favour!
If by some miracle we do stay up, let's hope some deluded idiot who believes the TV football pundits and media, makes Moyes a better offer and he moves on. We could then possibly get a decent manager who likes attractive positive football and will have a reasonable summer kitty to build a squad to avoid relegation battles nearly every season. Moyes does not have West Ham blood in his veins and he never will have. I don't want an Everton Mark 2, floating around mid-table every season.

I am not defending Moyes, hated his appointment.
One good thing is the promised 'clear out' - need to get rid of some dead wood and start again - as long as we don't get relegated I don't mind him staying for a couple of seasons allowing us to rebuild. If he gets us relegated, he will be first out the door followed by the wasters, win/ win for me.

Yes Mpyes will have a right clear out, get in the boring steady players with no flair, he will leave as the fans will not put up with dull crap, we will than need season or more to try bring in some kind of exciting players, fecking great something to look forward to.

Id rather be in a lower division and play with some flaie and enjoy a game of football rather than watch paint dry and i'm serious on that.

In fairness Lanzini hasn't been at his best by a long stretch since the injury at the start of LAST season.

Reason I can see Moyes would be indifferent is he probably sees him as potentially bug funds in, and he's not impacted games enough, plus Moyes likes power in the 10 role (Fellaini, Cahill) .

I'd be very sad, since Lanzini is what West Ham is all about. flair, taking players on, skill and mobility.

BUT he probably doesn't put in enough match winning performances to make him cast iron to be kept versus his reputation.

Moyes will have to recruit spectacularly if he was to let him go though for the natives not to be down right militant.

Not surprised about Lanzni . not been pulling many trees this season. he is lacking in consistency that's for sure. never seen him have 2 good games in a row! . he's not the type of player in the style of Berkovic or Payet who could supply strikers with defence splitting passes. he's more of a dribbler maybe he's be better suited in a winger role as he certainly isn't a playmaker that's plain to see!

Weren't we promised this 60-70 mil last summer? This is like de ja vu all over again.

12.) 09 Mar 2018
09 Mar 2018 11:45:45
lanzinis heart isn't at West ham if you ask me all the talk about Liverpool has turned his head and he isn't the sort of player we need for the remaining games we've got its going to be digging in and giving everything which I don't see from LANZINI . COYI.

13.) 09 Mar 2018
09 Mar 2018 14:36:49
Has anyone thought that Lanzini might be one of those players who plays well for one or two seasons, but then their initial form falls away and they revert to the average player they really are? We've had a few of those at West Ham. I doubt we would get mega bucks for him if we do sell him.
If he is not on Moyes' keep list as Mike states, I am very interested who actually is on the list. Mike has yet to answer that question.

My guess would be:
Antonio
Arnie
Masu
Zaba
Ogbonna
Mario
Poss Noble/ Obiang
Logic is that the rest have under performed or getting old
Have not included the youngsters and Hugill due to age/ period at club.

09 Mar 2018 21:02:01
lanzini is class let's not forget this! he and the imbalanced squad have been hampered with injurys.

The Swansea game was an awful team performance worst I've seen for some while which could have been down to a number of reasons, let's hope they put it right tomorrow with a massive win against Burnley.

we all know we need a massive change in the summer with better strategy bringing in the right players. will we see this under current regime I won't hold my breath.

I hate to break the news. but nothing will happen in the summer. fake promises are the only thing we are certain of.

That's unfair Dave you know aswell as I do we will sign 2 loan players and 3 has beens on free transfers.

10 Mar 2018 13:44:34
Same old story everybody. Every window we hear the same. What they say can be spent and what they actually spend is two different matters. And even if they make money available they will expect to buy a £20m player for 50p. Or of course they will spend it on some unknown crappy South American at the end of the window.

19.) 10 Mar 2018
10 Mar 2018 23:06:38
Of course Rob. forgot we will sign oaps on loan.
