Hi fellas NO I have given my word not to reveal any identities and once I agree that's it although one of you has made the correct guess I don't know how Incidentally the Ed sometime back asked me not to post Moyes contract details I agreed and the same applied to the details of Harry Redknaps sacking a long time past again I agreed Going back to the content of the post I personally would guess it's the defence which is going to be changed big time and I am irrefutably told that plans are already underway for the next window we are presently a long way off and there's many battles to be fought before we get to that stage so let's cross the bridges first IRONMIKE.

Mike, I don’t consider myself to be a detective, however to my knowledge only 2 have guessed at the “ mysterious ex manager” you have told Stubbo, no it’s not Redknapp, so my money is on the other guess that you did not dispute😄 If so he wasn’t particularly successful as a Manager was he? If the mystery man is well thought of, why was he not bought on board originally as part of the team. I know behind the scenes works in mysterious ways& perhaps the mysterious man prefers to remain as anonymous. as possible?

So it's either:

- Reid (was openly critical of Moyes at Sunderland and didn't want him back at Everton)
- Curbishley
- Robson (seems unlikely. Manchester United ambassador)
- Brooking (doubt he has the time or detailed knowledge of current squads)
- Roeder (current managerial advisor at Stevenage)

Suggests all roads lead to Curbishley.

None are that inspiring mind you.

A defensive overhaul is understandable. Moyes will no doubt look to revert to a 4 which will mean a better drilled backline and more solid covering midfield in front.
