Apparently CARROLL is odds on to join CHELSEA either BATSHUAYI or SMOLOV the two goals SMOLOV scored against top defenders and the best goalkeeper in my opinion in the world isn't a coincidence he's a very good striker idcjust prefer him over BATSHUAYI but betters can't be choosers . COYI.
